making money with articles picking a real good web host
Depending on the amount of sites that you intend on building, you may want to consider a larger web space in the long run.
You should start with the smallest web space that you can get to test the waters, just incase niche website Internet marketing does not work out for you. You may want to add on later, so make sure that your provider offers that option.
You will want to choose a provider that has a reliable service. If your site is down or takes to long to open up when visitors are trying to get in, it may lead them to click out of your site and move on to the next one.
They will also more than likely not visit in the future since they will remember their bad experience. For this reason, it is probably best to stick with a well known company who you can check reliable references on. There are many small hosting providers that offer space for as low as $.50 to $1 per month, however, you never know what you will be getting and many of them want you to pay for at least a years worth in advance.
You will also want one that has the most affordable hosting. If you can create your own small site or have one made for you, then you will probably be able to find space for as low as $5 to $7 per month. However, if you need to choose a company that offers a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) website builder, then you will probably end up paying $10 to $15 per month for the smallest amount of space. But if this is the only way that you can build a site, then it is necessary.
Some web hosting providers may also offer a deal on a yearly URL or other products when you make a web hosting purchase.
Ultimately, whatever web hosting provider you choose will depend on your individual needs and what you can afford. Hopefully you will be able to snap up a well known provider at a low price who will allow you to upgrade your service as needed.
Picking a good carbon offset provider can be very tricky and usually can take some work. There are some generally accepted key principles that you want to keep in mind while picking an offset provider. Most large offset providers have third party verification, which is when an outside company verifies that the offset provider says they are doing what they are actually doing. Another important principle is permanence; the carbon that is offset is truly permanently not created. The last principle is additionally; the offset can not be business as usual.
You also then have to think about what kind of project you want to be involved in since there are many projects out there. Tree planting is by far the most popular and the most controversial. The key issue is that trees can die from drought, fire, or disease before they offset the promised amount of carbon. When trees are burned in a fire they will release carbon into the air, the exact opposite of what you want them to do. If you follow the news closely, there is new research out almost every week saying trees absorb more carbon than originally thought and a week later the news is that trees absorb less carbon then originally thought. I suggest that you stay away from trees as an offset project.
There are many other great offset projects like: renewable energy certificates, methane capture, and energy reductions. Each renewable energy certificate (RECs, Green Tags) is the creation of 1 megawatt of power usually from a wind turbine. Wind turbine construction is EXTREMELY expensive and selling RECs is a way to pay for it.
Cow dung historically was collected into big pools and allowed to just biodegrade, a byproduct of the biodegradation is methane. Methane is 10 times more potent a green house gas as carbon. One common offset project is to cover the dung fields capture the methane and use it to generate power.
Energy reductions is another important and under rated project. Companies can do many things to reduce the carbon foot print of existing buildings and new construction. There can be such a large reduction in carbon production that you can sell them as an offset project.
There are a few things that I think are important when evaluating a carbon offset provider. I hate when the provider pools your money and can not specify the project. The provider offers more then just tree planting, because it is not the best offset project. Most people tell you third party verification is king, a small provider that is doing a really great project can't necessary afford to pay for outside verification.
Wouldn't it be a great thing to be able to help the environment, and at the same time, earn money? One of the greatest things that is happening in this millennium is that people are creating there own personal power plants! Discover how you too can make money with renewable energy.
In most parts of the world, the electric that runs through the home, is produced from fossil fuels. The fossil fuels take 100's of millions of years to be turned into what we have today - crude oil.
The problem with fossil fuel is that it is not practically renewable, and what's more, it pollutes the environment, at a faster rate than the Earth would naturally do. This makes air pollution a big problem around the world. Luckily renewable energy is a solution, and you could be making money from it.
The most common ways to produce renewable energy to power your home, and make money, is with solar energy, and wind power. These 2 options don't come cheap; however, the investment produces long term results.
There are big benefits. Energy is big, and produces a lot of money. I am sure if you take a look at your electric bill, you know how big this can be. Now, it is unlikely you will become a millionaire with this, especially if you have an average sized home, however, you could easily produce enough electric to power your home, and also be able to sell some to the electric company.
People are doing this today, and it makes sense. The electric companies are having regulations that make them have to have a portion of there electric, come from renewable energy. And home owners taking the plunge into renewable energy are benefiting.
I recently came across statistics that says that the Sun's energy transmitted to the Earth, in an hour, is the equivalent of 1 year's electric usage of the whole world! Now this is big, and though it is unlikely you will fill all the demand, you certainly can have a portion of the pie.
Governments are making the investment easier for eco-friendly home power stations. There are many grants available that can ease the burden on the purchase. The good news is that every day you are utilizing this method, you will be making a return, and over time, it will turn into pure profit.
Imagine keeping all the lights on, the TV on, and all your other appliances, and it doesn't cost you a penny! This is the power of renewable energy, and your impact to the environment will be positive.
I hope you will look into this form of making money. Though it is not large, it is a way to make both a positive impact on the environment, and your pocket.
Most business owners know that the only thing that matters is the bottom line: Does it earn the company money? Same as all other forms of business, this is imperative for a successful web site. While the World Wide Web was still new, lots of assumed "website gurus," alleged that you couldn’t just have a bare brochure up as your web site – the people demanded much more.
Most who were building webpages followed their advice and devoted a lot of both their money and their time building sophisticated webpages that cost a whole lot of money. Most of these businesses aren’t in business any more. If you own a small organisation, it might simply not be sufficient to just create a web site that operates as an web brochure. Even so, it takes much time and funding to fully create a web site as a tool for both users and customers to go and do business. That should be your ultimate goal – to create a website where customers can do business.
As the World Wide Web continues to advance, in today’s uncompromising world you just cannot afford to remain behind. There is a definite art to designing a web site. You need technical know how, computer know how, as well as a substantial range of artistic skills to come up with something that is pleasant on the eye. Many small organisations, whether just getting going or even businesses that have been working for 10 years, are hardly managing. If you take on a a few web designers or web site developers, you will quickly run your organisation into debt. Under these circumstances, doing it alone could be the only option. Even so, to handle it by yourself, you should know a little about different web site hosts, plus what to Watch Out for. So what are the top five things that one needs to watch for when you're searching for a business web host?
First off, look to see how much assistance they are ready to give you in building the web site. when you have to create your own web site from the start, it will take a really long time, and aside from you already understanding web site design, there is going to be much trial and error. You could just finish up missing updates just because of what a pain it is to really carry out. Regrettably that is going to cost you in lost profits. Even so, if your business web host furnishes a sample of web site templates for you to use, you will save a stack of time and money, and in the meantime, save a stack of work.
Another thing to look for is, that the business web host needs to be agreeable and able to do issues in real-time. Customers usually return back to the better web sites around, and the grounds for this is because those websites tend to stay up to date. they are changed constantly, and customers like to revisit and see what’s going on. When you want to add a new movie clip onto your web site, and for this to happen you need to find an external web site developer, this will cause a unwanted delay, plus turn off possible customers.
Capital standing is well worth considering when it comes to finding web hosts - if your business web host gets into financial difficulties, then you could be too. There is nothing that feels worse than once your start-up organisation is just starting to grow, and your business web host gets into financial trouble, causing your web site to vanish, and knock you back weeks – perhaps years.
You are going to want to be able to study diverse web site statistics. You will need to know how many callers are coming to your web site, and you must also know where they came from. when you carry this knowledge, you can readily use this knowledge to the marketing areas that need boosting. That is why businesses always include the "how did you find us?" option at the end of a survey.
Finally, your web site should have a shopping cart facility. If you are planning to sell some kind of goods, You must know what kind of hassle you are likely to encounter if you try to go for e-commerce technology at some stage in the future. Some web host companies have trouble with add-ons like these, and this could become grounds enough for you to go with a different business web host.
It is hard to choose a business web host, but with the preceding facts to hand you will be off to a flying start.
There are thousands of sites out there trying to get you to part with your money, and inferring that you will immediately start reaping the rewards. Don’t be fooled by compelling one page sales letters, often with copies of bank statements, and invariably concluding with free gifts worth hundreds of dollars. Often the letters are sprinkled with testimonials and attempt to close the sale by offering only a limited number left remaining for sale, or you are warned of an imminent price increase. Check some of them out. Make a note of the price and the suggested uplift date. Does it really happen. Check out some of the reference sites. Are they really sites of substance, in which you would place the utmost faith in their recommendations. Yes, you can make money, but is usually after the passage of time, and not without a good deal of effort.
Don’t pay for information on How-to.
There are thousands of publications offering, at a cost, to teach you how to bring about search engine optimization, rank highly with search engines or become an affiliate guru.
Keep your money in your pocket and seek similar advice for free. Let me start you off by pointing you at some free publications which will get you on your way, and all of which are available to download from our web site. Brad Callen’s “Search Engine Optimization Made Easy” is a useful read. To emphasise my point about rogue web traders, I did a Google Advanced Search for exact matches to the title. At the top of the first page, ranking No1 out of 26,400 was a site offering to sell you this free book for $29.95.
Ken Evoy’s Affiliate Masters Course is an excellent free read. Whilst one of its aims is to educate the reader about affiliate schemes, much of the content relates to pretty much any web site.
You might also want to download another good free read, “The Netwriting Masters Course.”
Don’t pay over the odds for domain registration.
There are thousands of sites offering to register domain names. Do find a site that not only provides search facilities to see if your chosen domain name is already registered, but also provides alternative suggestions if it is. Don’t pay more than $10.00 as an annual registration fee. Let me stress that we are not affiliates of the company we use. We last paid $8.95 for a dot com at Godaddy.com. We liked the access to nameservers so that we could activate the transfer of the domain name to a host of our choice. Do not subscribe to hosting at this site.
Do get yourself a suitable domain host.
There are some very important points here. To ensure minimum of downtime from your host do not join any of the free hosting sites. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Choose a site that offers to host an unlimited number of web sites for you. The fist host we selected still has a maximum of two sites before they start to increase the annual fee. You should possibly consider one that offers an unlimited number of autoresponders, if you feel that you may need this facility in the future. Although not the site we have recommended on our web site, you might find that Hostgator.com compares favourably with anything else. Make sure that you are comparing like with like when it comes to number of domains, web space, band width etc.
Don’t buy links or email addresses.
Don’t buy links and more importantly do not purchase from web sites offering you tens of thousands of email addresses. Whilst it can be a pain, you must build up your own links, and your own opt-in list of email addresses. To assist with link building, particularly with keeping track of where you are in a link relationship we use a truly excellent piece of software, outlined on our web site. Not only does it generate the link pages but it handles the sending of emails from templates.
Do carry out search engine optimization.
Your site will go nowhere unless you have carried out the basics. By this I mean searching for and using keywords, developing a link strategy, writing and submitting articles, and promoting your site in other ways. For keywords use the “Tour” at wordtracker .com and then try it for free. For SEO read Brad Cullen’s free e-book available on our web site. For tuition on how to write articles, go to Joe Robson's site at adcopywriting.com. Joe has had many years of copywriting experience, and his advice is free.
Do get good article submission software.
For our experiences do a Google Advanced Search for the exact phrase “Articles to Directories in the Newbie World” and select a site to read about our experiences. We found disappointing submission companies, mediocre software and again came across the heavy sell, one pagers with free gifts. This prompted us to design our own. We have now made the decision to share it with others, and we are currently preparing it for commercial use.
Get easy-to-use web design software.
Nearly all web design software writes the HTML code for you. Some packages are very cheap with, reflecting functionality. Others are very expensive, but with considerably longer learning curves. Nearly all require the purchase of some extra software for search engine optimization. We have recently carried out an in-depth review of a web design package which led us gently by the hand through SEO, and optimized each page for us. Feel free to visit the review at the web site shown below.

However, the longer I am involved in the business of professional writing and the teaching of writing the more I question that definition. For me, being a "real" writer is much more about a state of mind rather than a state of being. I believe very strongly that you need to become a real writer before you can become a published writer for I know that while most (if not all) published writers are real writers that the reverse is not necessarily true. I have known many real writers who have not yet been published but I believe they will be some day -- if they just stick with it.
Real writers are made. No one is born to be a writer although many real writers are born with a drive or need to be a writer and this is certainly a help during the difficult times and challenges that all real writers face. A real writer requires five essential tools.
The first, and most important, is a unique writing process. In order to write well and effectively not to mention to grow as a writer, you must develop a writing process. A nonexistent, or inefficient, writing process can greatly hinder your ability to write but a writing process tailored to your unique strengths and weaknesses can make your writing stronger and easier.
The second element goes along with the development of your writing process. This is learning your strengths and weaknesses as a writer. What is the most difficult part of writing for you? What is the easiest? The more you know about your own writing then the better equipped you are to take advantage of the areas where you are strongest and to work on the areas where you are weakest.
Another essential element to becoming a real writer is criticism. Writers need to develop the skills necessary to be critical of their own work and to edit effectively. Most real writers also have a support network in place, such as a critique group or critical reader, to assist with this process.
Real writers also need to be readers. Writers must read a variety of authors and types of writing in order to learn more about the language, its structure, and its varied uses. Reading provides inspiration in terms of ideas but also language use and vocabulary. Real writers love language and words and cannot get enough of either. Real writers are readers.
The final essential ingredient for a real writer is a strong work ethic. Real writers practice their craft on a regular basis (usually daily). Some writers only write a few hours a day while others spend many hours writing. The length of time is not as important as a regular writing schedule that is only altered for major holidays or life-threatening illness. Even if you can only carve out an hour a day that is enough time to write a novel if that is your goal. The important part is making your writing a priority and giving your writing muscles a regular workout.
If you want to be a real writer then you must work on these five essential tools of the writing trade: individual writing process, knowledge of strengths and weaknesses, criticism, reading, and work ethic. Once you have mastered these five tools of the trade then you are on the way to becoming a real writer.

Devising your own plan of action for safe actions and outcomes within the workplace environment start with an understanding of the regulations and specifications for your position. Safety helmets are often a part of a safe plan of action where your life is considered safer, and therefore, healthier. However, with the number of styles and designs available today, finding those perfect safety helmets is not always as easy as it may first seem.
Safety helmets are a popular place to begin when you need to keep things safe. These are easy to wear, easy to purchase, and definitely easy to upkeep. Finding the right style meeting your expectations will promote a better and happier you. Whether you need 4-point suspension hardhats or bump caps, you will discover the beauty of having what is right for you and your responsibilities.
Bump caps are great for contractors, technicians, and other professionals needing a minimal level of protection. The suspension points are not evident with the bump caps meaning this is not quiet as protective. However, bump caps do offer a minimal level of protection vital for many types and styles of careers or occupations.
The style of hardhat you purchase will dictate the cost as well. Generally, the more protection you require, the higher the cost. The good news is that even the highest levels of protection when it comes to your safety helmets are going to cost a lost less. You will have more money to save for that vacation time coming up or even for a down payment for that dream home or vehicle. In fact, saving money is one of the reasons more people choose to get the protective garments and tools they need.
There are even a variety of colors available on the market today. For instance, you can choose from blues, yellows, oranges, and other colors; there are even hi-visibility colors that allow you to be seen easier. Add a couple reflective strips and you will be adding to your ANSI rating. These are such nifty tools you will probably want them for many of your recreational activities as well. Hardhats are a great way to keep yourself safe. A good example of a sort of hardhat for recreational purposes is seen with the motorcycle helmet as well!
Finding the appropriate levels of protection you need for any task at hand starts with knowing the regulations governing that type of activity. Construction workers need this protection, but the protection they need is different than it would be for a cook who also needs chef headgear. The need is the same, but the requirements are different. Saving money, however, is something they both need and want.
Yes, you can find the best safety helmets on the market today by simply keeping your ears and eyes open for what is hot. Knowing the regulations and requirements of your profession will allow you maximum levels of protection while saving money for more important things in your life. Finding the right company or business to purchase that exceptional protective headgear from is even easier than ever. Just stick with what you know and trust.
If you can't have enough of the hot babes, make money on the web, and start an adult website and rake in oodles of cash. To have a website for adult content is far different from the mainstream sites on the Net, and it carries more responsibilities for the web host. Caution: you'll have to make it legit, or else you'll find yourself behind bars.
Enjoy Hot Babes? Know the Laws
To be blunt, adult entertainment reeks with pornography and is fraught with legal restrictions, but it's where the money is - in the billions in rentals and sales. It's not a surprise that the revenues from porn businesses exceed the ticket sales of the NBA playoffs. People pay more for porn than popcorn. It's a smart guy who can swing it and knows how to make more money in the web and offline.
Still interested? Then it is important to comply with all the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257, meaning you must present proof that your babes are over 18 years old. They must give their IDs and photos, and keep those documents ready in case there's that dreaded knock on the door. Extremely lewd photos and videos and hard core porn can also land you in jail; hence, moderation is the rule if you want to stay long in business and make money on the web.
Take a hard look at the existing laws on obscenity, the law of adult entertainment, and of adult websites to help you make the right decisions before you grab your camcorder and film sweet babies in steaming scenes. Ignorance of these laws will put an abrupt end to your efforts to make money on the web.
Make Money on the Web
If you review the websites of porn moguls, you'll discover a variety of porn genres - college porn, geriatric porn, gay and lesbian porn, multi-racial porn, and kinky sex. You may focus on one genre, or decide to diversify your videos to cater to different tastes. The more your genre offerings, the more money you'll make.
To start this career path, you may find adult content sponsors. Check these out first for their 2257 compliance. On their homepage, you'll find the 2257 statement stating that they have complied with Federal requirements and all models were 18 years old or older at the time of the photography. Proof of the models' ages are on record and available for perusal.
The sponsors will provide content that you can put on your site. Every time a sale is made, a check is mailed to you. However, you cannot advertise your site using regular channels. You'll have to be creative about the advertising aspect of your business to make money on the web.
Make money on the web from your adult website aided with the experts' advice. You can find them on the Net. A few more dollars for paid advice and a review of the existing porn laws in the locality can set you up legitimately. Once you've started, there's no turning back.
It is no secret that the world of real estate legal wrangling can be pretty confusing, especially if you aren't an experienced legal expert. Many different types of contracts only differ by a small amount, such as the difference between a real estate option contract and a right of first refusal contract. Let's take a look at how these two types of contracts differ and how each are valuable tools when you want to make the real estate deal of a lifetime.
First, let's look at a real estate option agreement. When you sign a real estate option, you are paying a seller for the right to buy a particular piece of property for a particular set price for a set period of time. Let's say that you are looking at a home in a hot neighborhood and the price being asked for the home keeps going up because of a bidding war. You can ask to create a real estate option that will allow you to pay a certain price for that home for the next 3 weeks. After that three weeks has expired, you lose the right to buy that home for that set price. The seller is under no legal binding agreement to sell you the home for that price and the seller can continue to try to sell the home to other buyers.
Now, with a right of first refusal agreement, you have the legal right to refuse another person's attempt to buy a piece of property. Many people confuse the two of these contracts and assume that the right of first refusal comes with an option contract. Unless you have the right of first refusal spelled out in your option contract, you have to assume that you do not have any way to stop another party from coming in and buying a piece of property that you want.
When you have a right of first refusal contact with a seller, you have the option to buy a piece of property for the same price as another buyer. Let's say that same home that is in that hot neighborhood gets a bid of one million dollars. You then have the right to cancel out that bid and place a bid for the same amount and the seller would then sell the home to you, instead. If you decline your right of first refusal, than the seller has the legal right to sell the home to that person who made the bid.
A seller may enter into a right of first refusal with a buyer if they had a previous working relationship and the seller wishes to give a friend a chance to pay market price for a property. It is a smart way to avoid any accusations of impropriety when it comes to selling a valuable piece of land because the price the property ends up being sold at is determined by the free market, not by any sort of collusion.
Almost everyone at some point in our lives would require the services of a lawyer. For some, the requirement might be as basic as having someone to give legal advice before transferring or buying a property, creating a will or getting a legal opinion before commencing with a business deal. For some unfortunate ones, the requirements are more complex like getting a divorce lawyer, a criminal lawyer or getting the best possible lawyer before proceeding to take legal action against a company or an individual.
Whatever may be the requirement, one thing that almost all of us would unanimously agree is that searching for the right lawyer can be a real pain. In fact for most people just the thought of soliciting the services of a lawyer is enough to give them sleepless nights and most just don’t know where to begin or how to go about contacting various lawyers and choosing the best one for their requirements or unique situation.
If you are one of those individuals as well who just don’t know what to do in order to search for the best lawyers, then welcome to the world of web 2.0. The internet has already changed a lot of things in our lives like the way we communicate, the way we shop, the way we research about a particular subject etc. But now the next wave of internet websites, popularly known as web 2.0, are changing things even further and one of those is how we look at law, understand legal situations and best of all, how we solicit the services of a lawyer.
Legal networking sites have made the general public much more comfortable with all aspect of the law and made them realize the law is there to help them and is nothing to be scared of. One of the great features of these sites is normal users can register for free and post their problems or grievances and not only can they get advice from fellow users, they can get accurate legal advice from real lawyers who are registered users of these websites. You can even have lawyers who specialize in the field in which you have a problem contacting you and offering their services.
You can find lawyers of absolutely any specialization in these sites from personal injury lawyers to divorce lawyers, criminal lawyers, business lawyers, lawyers specializing in real estate, insurance, immigration, employment etc. The list is absolutely endless and you can not only have lawyers contact you, but the websites actually list the lawyer’s entire details like their specialization, distance from your postal code to their office and their exact location. Apart from this, any user can access the lawyer’s entire profile which has detailed information on their practice, experience and traditional resume.
Never before has interacting with a lawyer of your choice been so easy. Even those who have never interacted with a lawyer before are finding it really simple to now get expert legal advice and judging by the growth of these legal networking sites, it can be clearly seen how comfortable everyone has become with legal issues using web 2.0.
In the most simple of terms an analogy using water flowing through pipes gives the easiest explanation of bandwidth, the wider the pipes (i.e. higher bandwidth) the more water can be moved per second (or data).
So Bandwidth is the amount of data passage per second and is generally measured in Gbps (Gigabits per second).
It is easy to confuse bandwidth, i.e. the speed of your connection with data transfer allowance, which is the amount of data that can be transferred to and from your server or web site per month and is measured in Gb. Most web hosts actually incorrectly use the term bandwidth in place of data transfer allowance, and it is important when choosing a web host, or a web hosting plan that you have a rough idea of the amount data transfer you will require.
Put simply each time somebody looks at a page from your site they download that page from your server, using up some of your data transfer allowance, if your average page size is 100kb and each of your 100 visitors a day looks at say 4 pages then per day you are using 40Mb which equates to a data transfer of 1.2Gb per month. Unfortunately customers visiting your site are not the only ones to use up your data transfer, sending and receiving email, uploading new pages to your server, and believe it or not GoogleBot, MSN Bot and the Yahoo! Robot to name but a few of the countless spiders out there, all use up a portion of your data transfer depending on how many of your pages they spider. In-fact the various web spiders out there can use up a significant amount of your data transfer especially when it is in it’s infancy as they attempt to categorise it for production in organic search results sometimes spidering your web site up to 10 times a day. It is possible to tell these spiders not to crawl your site, not to crawl specific pages or not to follow specific links but that is beyond the scope of this discussion, and generally they are your friends because it is these spiders which will get you listed in the major search engines and ultimately drive customers to your site.
So, the more bandwidth/data transfer the better?
Yes, decide how many visitors you ideally would like/can cope with and then choose a web hosting package with twice the bandwidth you think you need, this serves two purposes, firstly and most importantly it allows you room to grow. Secondly having more bandwidth than you need means you are ready for any surges in popularity you may enjoy, and will avoid having to pay any excess data transfer charges (usually around $2/£1 per Gb).
I think that is a great thing. Because now you really can go out and find the best MLM business for you and with the right approach, the right products, and the right system, you really can make a lot of money.
It truly does start with the right approach, coupled with the right products and system to help you be successful. To me the days of a garage full of products is over. The internet, websites, drop shipping, etc. have changed all of that. You do not need to even handle a product, or even collect a check if you do not want to. That is all taken care of for you by the company you represent.
How about this! Even better to me is selling information products that can be downloaded instantly. Make money selling these products on a website given to you by the company as well as make money off of the sales of others. Think of these people as mini sales agents and you get a small commission every time they make a sale.
This concept of getting paid off of the efforts of others is the real key to making money in an MLM business. You might say that alone makes any MLM business the best business to be in. I would not argue that point with you. I would rather get paid a smaller commission on 100 sales generated by others than to go out and make 100 sales personally myself.
Now let's take a look at the product itself. The best MLM business must have a product that is unique and is in demand. I found out a long time ago that trying to create a market for a product takes way to much effort. It is much easier to sell products that already have the need. Then you just have to find customers who have an interest in it and create a desire by them to have it.
Over the years it seems that so many MLM businesses offered vitamins and health supplements. Something about that made it easy to manufacture these products at a low cost and then mark them up over and over so everyone could make money.
This is why I like information internet based products. You can make them unique and the value can be established at what someone is willing to pay for it. Because there are no manufacturing costs beyond the initial product creation you can quickly and inexpensively deliver it providing a real value in a timely fashion to your customer. For a business to be the best MLM business then I feel they have to offer an information internet based product.
Thanks to websites, email follow-up autoresponders, and information products, the best MLM business can give you a system to make a lot of money virtually anyone anywhere in the world. Of course it has to have a good compensation plan as well and most all MLM businesses have that. For more details you can login to www.profiting-info-products.com. How exciting is that? A worldwide business that is open 24 hours a day selling products for you and collecting money for you. And with the getting paid on the efforts of others concept you literally could be making money every minute of the day.
It all comes down to effort, taking the system that the MLM business gives you to be the best, and working hard for a short period of time to get things rolling. Generally everything is provided for you except the customers. Become an expert on selling your products that there is a need for.
Recruit new sales agents to help you do the same, use the support system of the company you represent, and you have found the best MLM business.
At this point, one of the team members came to me with a crisis. Apparently, someone had received some huge penalties and the team was panicking about the financial impact. The "CEO" pulled us all together and said, "We have to brainstorm a way to solve this problem." The entire team got sidelined from making money and focused instead on how to solve the problem.
Within about 15 minutes, something clicked inside my head and I began to wonder, was this really the best use of our time? I knew we had a potential $5 – 10 million dollar deal on the table that wasn’t getting our attention.
I asked, "How much does this problem cost us?" No one knew the answer. We tallied it up and the problem was going cost us about $300k.
Now, here is the real kicker. All of our energy and focus was on solving a problem that was worth ONLY $300k. We were NOT FOCUSED on the opportunity that was worth over $5 million that would have made this problem completely go away.
How many times have you missed opportunities in your business or life because you were consumed with how to fix a problem?
The point is this. When you are worried, consumed and stuck by a problem, you don’t have the energy or the time to focus on the opportunities. You probably won’t even see them.
Did we win the game? Well, luckily, I was able to redirect one of our team members to go resolve the problem with as little impact as possible. But, the "CEO" and I were able to get only one of the million dollar deals through in the time we had left. We did not win the game.
Every member of our team walked away with a valuable lesson. Always focus upwards towards the big wins. The payoff will probably cancel out and make completely insignificant the smaller problems. Here are a few questions to help you determine where your focus needs to be.
* What does the problem cost compared to the opportunities on the table?
* Will having this problem cause you to be unable to pursue the opportunities (in other words, does it negatively impact your resources or time?)
* What is the worst that could happen if you don’t resolve it? Compare that to the positives of what would happen if the opportunity is achieved.
* Would the problem cause long-lasting damage that you could not recover from?
* If you focus on creating a bigger opportunity, would it eliminate or mitigate the problem?
Sometimes you don’t have to focus so much on solving problems. Use your creative energy to create opportunities that are bigger than any of your problems. One of my friends and mentors, Stephanie Frank, author of the Accidental Millionaire, said something once that has always stuck with me. "You can focus on the debt and stay in debt. Or you can focus on creating the wealth that WILL easily eliminate the debt. I chose focusing on wealth."
Take a few minutes each day to do a "focus check." Are you focused on the problem or on the bigger picture? Changing your focus is going to make a massive difference in your results.
