Who were you in your last life? Were you a soldier, a scientist, a nurse or a king? A hypnotic past life regression can give your the answer to this and many other questionsrelating to reincarnation. Books such as "The Search for Bridey Murphy", and television programs such as: "More Lives Than One?" have made more and more people in the western world awareof reincarnation. However, for most of the world`s population reincarnation and karmaare part of life and are generally accepted. I vividly recall, many years ago in India, when a small boy related his story of a past life in a small village hundreds of miles from his home. Every detail of his story was checked out and found to be valid. All of this was printed in the newspapers without additional comments. It was regarded as being just another proofor validation of something that everyone knew anyway. It is a slightly different story here, but gradually things are changing. I ask everyone who comes to see me privately if they believe in reincarnation, and a surprisingly number say "Yes". Past life regression simply involves placing a person under hypnosis and asking them to go back through their childhood to a time before they were born. In many cases the person begins talking about his or her life or lives before the present lifetime, about their previous death and about the time between lives including the planning of the present lifetime. The main reason why at least some of these claims must be considered as evidence are: • the regression frequently leads to a cure of a physical illness • in some cases the person regressed begins to speak an unlearned foreign language • in some cases the person being regressed remembers details of astonishing accuracy which when checked out are verified by the top historians • the emotional intensity of the experience is such that it convinces many formerly skeptical psychiatrists who are used to dealing with fantasy and imagined regressions • in some cases the alleged cause of death in an immediate past life is reflected by a birthmark in the present life. WHY DO PEOPLE SEEK HYPNOTIC REGRESSIONS? There are many numbers of experiences from past lives that can negatively affect us in this life. Someone who is scared of water may have drowned. A recent example is someone who came to me because his left hand had always been weak. Under hypnosis he related how he had lost his left hand in a sword fight. Once he knew the reason why his hand had always been weak, it gradually gained strength. Another interesting recent case was a lady who suffered from frigidity. Under regression it turned out that she had been rejected by her husband in a precious life because she had been raped. Her husband in this lifetime was the same husband she had had before, and she was repaying him by being frigid. Once she became aware of this, her frigidity vanished. Possibly the greatest benefit of having a regression is the evidence that it gives that we are all constantly changing and evolving. This can change our perspective on life and give a realization of why we are what we are, and also of what we are supposed to be doing here.

If our spirit has not lived before, from whence did it originate? Where did it come from? If we didn't have the momentum of either a collective or individual spiritual past life to propel us into this one, are we therefore only accidents of nature; random romantic moments between eggs and a sperms? Dust to dust? And if in fact we are just physical accidents, where did the original egg and sperm come from? What was the first source? If we say that God created the first egg and sperm, then are we merely a continuation of that physical reproduction? Are we merely organisms that feed and reproduce no different from bacteria? Or does God infuse the sperm and egg with a spiritual soul when they merge? Or maybe , each egg and sperm has an individual soul before they merge. If not, are they soulless until they merge, even though they are separately quite alive and purposeful with a definite consciousness? Are plants soulless? Are our pets soulless? What determines soulfulness. Do souls actually exist? Or is there something else that propels the activities of beings? Recent surveys indicate that 25% of Americans believe in past lives. A large percentage of those that don't believe in past lives however believe in a future life, and this seems to be a contradiction. How can we have a future life but no past life? How did we suddenly appear out of nowhere to become an eternal entity? Nothing that we know of in physical existence can be fundamentally destroyed or created; we can only play around with the changes and mutations of matter, so therefore, if we do continue on eternally, we can only do so as spiritual beings. But where did our original spiritual ground come from? Let's say that God created our original spiritual ground. But -was it an independent spiritual ground that we were born from, or a collective one? If it was individual, then wouldn't we necessarily have a spiritual past? If it was a collective spiritual ground, then does that turn into an individual spiritual existence when we are born, a soul, or do we just think that we are individual? This instant of eternity, this brief life span of 100 years, is this what determines our eternal life? Considering the broad scope of eternity and infinity, and the limited scope of human intelligence, the brief span of 100 years to get our act together doesn't seem reasonable, or fair! No room for errors here. Let's say, though, that we have come from a "collective" ground of God's spirituality, and therefore have no individual past lives. Then, when we die; do we merge into the oblivion of that collective ground again, or do we become an individual spiritual entity for eternity with no further need for development? Or, do we have an individual spiritual past that transfers its qualities into the present lifetime where we can work on developing our spiritual qualities further, and then carry those forward into our next lifetime? Or maybe we are born out of a collective spirituality, then become an individual entity of earth, and then continue working on our spirituality when we die and go to the next world. Or perhaps we automatically go to a spiritual heaven for eternity regardless of what we do. But is it a collective heaven, or an individual heaven? If it is a collective spiritual heaven, we could not experience it as an individual since all experience requires consciousness, plus a subject (individuality-ego) and an object (the other). Since there would be no experience at all in a collective spirituality, it would be eternal. If it is an individual spiritual heaven, however, it could be experienced because there would be a subject and object, and therefore couldn't be eternal; it would have to be grounded in time. What if from the collective consciousness, which could be said to be God's spiritual collective, an idea of ego-individuality is born. But what if this is an illusion; an illusion created by the sense organs of our bodies. And what if it so strong that it carries through from existence to existence, or until the illusion of individuality, or ego, is understood as an illusion, after which the individual merges back into that which cannot be experienced, which is pure awareness or reality - the spiritual collective - or that to which we originally belonged before the idea of individual existence came about? Maybe this prevailing idea of "me" - the "I" thought and its resulting karma – is what propels us from lifetime to lifetime. If this is true, then the idea of enlightenment, where we see through the false self, would have great validity, as would Nirvana, that state of pure awareness without consciousness that perhaps is the quintessential eternal freedom. But what is the truth of the matter? The truth of the matter is that all of the above assumptions are worthless. (Should have told you sooner, ay?). All of the above theories are merely thoughts, opinions, and speculation. They are worthless because they fall into the realm of physical existence, our physical minds and brains, and cannot touch the reality that lies beyond physical existence. Whether there are past lives, future lives, or neither, doesn't really matter. What matters is now, this very moment now when you are looking at you computer screen. This is where life happens. There was a past; what you did a few minutes ago, and a future; what you will do a few minutes from now when you are finished with this article, and in between is reality. The past, and past lives; the future, and future existences, are not real. The one who thinks about the past, present and future is not real. Only the pure awareness of this very moment is real, is truth. Be in the moment if you can. You cannot be in the moment if you are thinking. You cannot be in it if you are immersed in emotion or memories of the past. You cannot be in it if you are projecting yourself into an uncertain, or exciting, future, You can only be in this precious moment when everything about you is gone. Therein lies the perpetuity of the pure moment because time stops when consciousness stops, replaced by untainted awareness. And this is the place where fear and worry cannot establish a toehold. This is where you can find freedom; from past lives, future lives and all lives, This is where you disappear, and in the place of your disappearance is the spiritual life – is eternity. E. Past Life Regression therapy is an effective way to discover the reasons for current fears, recurring dreams and personality tendencies - understanding them, learning from them, and finally letting go forever. Through exploration of your past lives you can easily learn why you are repeatedly entering abusive relationships, why you are born into your particular family, why you have this obsessive behavior and find out what lessons you chose to learn this time around, etc. After years of hypnosis counseling I discovered that the work is much more effective and the results are longer lasting if the client is regressed and finds out the REAL, DEEP, UNDERLYING reasons for their visit. Many people resolve many problems by understanding there past lives. For example, take a woman that was extremely overweight. She felt a compulsive desire to eat almost constantly and never felt satisfied. She found out that she died from starvation in a past life and was now subconsciously compensating for it. ... or a woman that has had a strong fear of closed places. She was unable to drive into a car wash, enter a tunnel or elevator. When regressed to a past life, she found herself buried alive in a coffin. In those days, when you pass out and they can't find your pulse, you were considered dead. She called for help and struggled to get out, but with no success - she suffocated to death. After realizing the origin of her fear, she was able to let it go completely. How about a man that had an unexplainable and severe fear of large bodies of water... considering that he never lived next to one in this life. When he was regressed to a past life, ... he found himself 8 years old and an only witness to his parents drowning. Their little boat filled with water while he was running back and forth helplessly on the beach. Age Regression is the process of going back to a previous time in your current life, often discovering repressed memories that affect your subconscious actions and reactions. Past Life Regression is Age Regression taken further, back to a previous life... Future Life Progression is a progression into a future life, Age Progression explores a future time in the current life. Reincarnation is a belief that we have lived many times before and that our spiritual development evolves with each lifetime. In some religions reincarnation is part of the belief system, for example: Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and Wicca. In Europe, reincarnation is widely accepted. In this country, it has started to gain acceptance only in the past 100 years.

A death in the family is always difficult and we feel compassion for those who find themselves in this situation. Our research tells us that we choose our paths (especially the key players and major events) before incarnating. However, when we say "we" we mean our souls. Once we're here on earth, "we" operate from our personalities. We as personalities have free will to make certain choices (the "right" one may be predestined and therefore feel right), but what we want isn't always for our highest good and the highest good of all involved. No matter what you or your loved one consciously wanted, his or her soul had already made the decision to leave in the case of an unexpected death in the family, for example. Pre-set circumstances in each of our lives are necessary to learn important lessons. If we all had complete free will in life, we would skip the otherwise unavoidable challenges and miss the point of being here on earth. Comprehensive numerology and astrology offer tremendous support for the theory that a great deal is predestined in our lives; conditions, opportunities, challenges, rewards, and more are consistently identified well before they manifest. These and other ancient esoteric sciences offer priceless personality, compatibility and timing insight. Further research about predestination can be found in the fascinating books written by Michael Newton, PhD. Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls explain how our souls plan key circumstances and situations before incarnating on Earth. From an earthly perspective, it's not easy to embrace challenging life circumstances. Detaching from what you want (especially if you're not absolutely certain it's part of your highest path) and accepting and embracing "what is" makes life much more tolerable. Yes, death is always difficult to accept, but from a higher perspective, there is no good or bad, just experiences to learn from. It's been said that a true mystic views a diamond no different than he/she views a pebble. The mystic also accepts that this life is just a sentence in the text of earthly incarnations. Sometimes we ask ourselves : Why am I here? Where did I come from? What happens when I die? One way to look at it, is when we examine the process of sleeping, dreaming and waking, it resembles closely of the process of death, intermediate state, and rebirth. When we experience deep sleep, to others we look like a dead person, finally when we wake up, our normal powers of memory and mental control are restored and our dream world disappears leaving us with the way we perceive the world in the waking state. A similar process occurs when we die, some say, the experience of the clear light of death maybe similar to the experience of deep sleep. Reincarnation is the belief that when someone dies, that person is reborn in another body. People have different beliefs about reincarnation, one of them is that, we do not necessary come back as human. One may have been a spider in a past life, and one may be a carrot or a parrot, so make sure youâ€TMre careful about what you are treading on in the future. Some monks meditate all day long to achieve the state of ultimate bliss (nirvana) in order to escape from the wheel of rebirth. You can prepare yourself in this life to be as sinless as possible so you can come back as a person, according to some believers. Some people are able to regress to a past life under Hypnosis, recalling different reincarnation cases, seeking the causes of today's problems in the experiences of previous life, explaining sometimes that strange phenomena. With Karma, Reincarnation could explain why good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people, could it be that we are being rewarded or punished for past lives actions? Most of us have experience déja-vu, which could be interpreted as memories of past lives, when dreaming could be seen as a soul travel and memory. For me, I think it is very comforting to think that way, it makes death not that scary anymore. All the answers are within us. Though even when we come to the realization that the answers are within us, we rarely know how to access them. Perhaps it is helpful to view every event as just an event, instead of treating everything as good or bad. This may be a disassociated way of learning to notice the positive in everything. How is Past- Life Regression achieved ? Past- Life Regression can be obtained with a Hypnotherapy technique that can connect you with one or more previous lives, which are relevant to a certain problem or concern. It also allows us to go deeper and see beyond the confusion and illusions of life and offer a healing of the past life that resonates into our current life. The purpose of a Past- Life Regression is to be in position to take the journey into accessing the hidden memories of the subconscious mind, not only from the present life, but also from all the lives we have lived are stored. For the therapy to work, the client needs to believe in reincarnation, as they recall everything during the session, the client maybe given a post-hypnotic suggestions to remember what has occurred. Chronic medical problems such as asthma, allergies, Headache and much more may respond very well to past life therapy, to eliminate physical or emotional pain is one of the reasons a person may choose to regress, some will be to diminish the fear of death or maybe to explain recurring and unexplained dreams. The reason why I choose to express a glimpse of reincarnation and past lives regression is simply because when I was younger I suffered terribly from Death anxiety, and to my surprise, lots of people are. So my strategy today is to have faith in that way of life, which makes it more meaningful and comforting. There can be endless reasons why people are afraid to die. Death anxiety is common in everyday life and could happen because of some past traumatic event, that still affect in some profound way. Anyway, Hypnosis can be a useful tool in exploring past lives, going through a healing journey involving the experience of an altered psychological state, which allows anyone to be more in touch and responsive to inner experiences, by tuning into various levels of awareness normally not accessible to the conscious mind. To gather information about past lives, hypnosis is by no means the only method that allows us to rediscover ourselves. When past behaviour patterns are dealt with releasing blocked emotions, and guilt, giving us the opportunity to experience insights and freedom, we might even become master of our own destiny. So beware of the dog, it could be your mother- in- law in a previous life! By Adeline Munoz for People Building

Have you ever contemplated the question: " who am I, why I am here, what is the purpose of my life?"... Most of us did at one time or another. The answers you got from " self talk " were not satsfying, there`s something more which you could not put your finger on. Where is the answere then? I, and many others have discovered that hypnosis is a great tool for exploring these, and many more deep life questions. So, what is Past Life Recall(regression)? It is a forgotten memories prob accesed through hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of focus awareness, not a sleeping state. It is like a deep guided meditation. hypnosis is unlike regular psycho-therapy that explores present life memories and their respective ego relationship; thus treatments become long and expensive. In Past Life recall the ego takes a " back Seat". It will not come up with excuses or defenses, nor be involved in the healing process. Past Life Recall only lasts a fraction of the time and money that traditional Psycho-therapy requires. Why would you want to go through this process, what are the benefits? Past Life Recall can reveal to you: - Current life purposes - The choices for important relationships - The root causes of Guilt, Fear, Phobias, Anxiety, Trauma, and Anger - The causes of physical chalenges - Past lives treatments and skills you can tap - Your life lessons when you are between lives - The death experience - How to meet spirit guides, and loved ones who past over - Understanding incarnation, and karma - How to plan a better, happier and more successful future Past Life recall is the Tour-De-Force that uncovers blockages, and sheds light of understanding in many areas of life while dissolving their painful and damaging energies. Most of the time we are not aware that fragments of our soul are held back by these blockages. They result from memories of powerful events and traumas in past lives which will surface in order to seek resolution. To illustrate this, just imagine white light rays streaming softly through the branches and leaves of a tree. They symbolize the subtle messages that are sent to us from the subconscious mind or the from our soul. Now imagine two rows of trees, and a path between them. The trees are more dense at the begining, and the path between them starts with dark shadows. Walking along the path the trees become more sparse allowing more light to reach the ground. As we let more light into our life the path becomes lighter, we are more aware of who we are, and the road ahead is filled with light. You might experience Deja-Vu, you feel that you know someone even you have never met before, had a bad recurring dream, unexplained or groundless fear, a paralizing phobia,or a physical challenge. These experiences may be messages from past life suppressed memories. By going back to the source of these events the skilled hypnotist will facilitate the recognition and understanding of the root causes of the problems in the psycho-spiritual makeup of the individual. The Past Life Recall process is conducted in an atmospher of compassion, understanding, nurturing and safety. After consulting the higher self (of the individual), the subconscious will lead the hypnotist to the most important times and places in the past which are the most beneficial to the hypnotized individual at the moment. Positive, and nurturing suggestions are implanted in the subconscious mind once negative energies and bockages are released. Although the hypnotized person will remember all that transpired, a recorded tape of these suggestions is usually being provided for repeated reinforcement. Should paifull past life experiences are being recalled, the hypnotist could suggest, under hypnosis a different, more pleasent scenario which the subconscious will accept as an actual memory. As a result of the Past Life recall process the individual will now proceed in a positive direction towards achieving life goals and purposes in more meaningful ways. Since the right to marry is denied to homosexual couples, according to the concept of karma, they may have denied equal rights to others in past lives. However, karma doesn't always work that simply; there could be other reasons their unions aren't legally recognized. For example, a gay person's soul may have chosen to be in a position to stand up for his or her rights and help progress human consciousness in doing so. Homosexuals are using their free will, within the confines of their destinies, to acquire equal civil rights, including the right to get married. We'll have to wait and see if gay marriage is destined to be legal. Regarding the love timing of homosexuals compared to heterosexuals, there is no difference. Everyone goes through their own unique time cycles, some wonderful for romantic involvement, some not so wonderful. Does the denial of the right to marry show up in a gay person's charts? No, it doesn't. However, denial of financial benefits or other rights (such as with the case of the death of a partner) would clearly be seen in the charts. Significant loss of collective net worth (involving inheritance/estate taxes, etc.) and the absence of other related benefits (those afforded to heterosexual married couples) greatly hindering standard of living are the types of challenging circumstances most definitely reflected in comprehensive numerology and astrology analyses. According to human rights advocates, the issue of gay marriage is a civil rights issue and since gay couples are denied benefits that straight married couples enjoy, they are being discriminated against. Gay and civil rights advocates say proposed constitutional amendments go well beyond the DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act, signed by President Clinton in 1996) and marks a new level of discrimination. Never has an amendment been passed to deny the rights of Americans. It seems reasonable to think that all those who put energy into passing this amendment would incur some negative karma in relation to human rights. Consequently, if this amendment passes (unlikely according to many political experts) this country (via its’ leaders and public support of those leaders) would also undoubtedly adopt some negative karma. Under this philosophy, it’s possible to envision a country far in the future, populated with the same characters, that is denied rewards and prosperity from a more powerful entity as a karmic backlash. Since it's perfectly legal in America to be gay and in a committed relationship, denying the right to marry to homosexuals may eventually be seen by all as the same as racial or religious discrimination. Discrimination in any way, shape or form ultimately has everything to do with intolerance. Speaking of intolerance, religious leaders like Jerry Falwell have rigorously campaigned in America to permanently deny marriage and all the legal benefits (over 500 in all) to homosexuals who want a legal marital commitment. A few years ago, Falwell was interviewed on a national TV news show about the topic of gay marriage. His primary arguments against it were, “...it's against Christian tenants...” and “...if we open the door to gay marriage in this country, we'll have to deal with polygamy and bestiality too.” Falwell may be creating a date with destiny in a future lifetime where he is denied his basic human rights...in the name of religion. Maybe it's best to accept the resistance towards equality and fairness and see it as part of the necessary alignment of energies. Polarity is integral to our universe. There can't be cops without criminals and there can't be light without darkness. Everyone appears to be fulfilling their earthly mission, no matter how disrespectful, selfish, or intolerant they may seem. The best everyone can do is to compassionately and peacefully stand up for what they believe in and their basic human rights. Do you know why memories keep coming back to your mind? It's because your emotions hold these memories in your mind and energy field; they have been there since the moment that a particular experience occurred. The more emotionally intense the experience, the fresher the memory of it; though you might not recall what exactly you were doing this time last month, there are past events that you remember in every detail after decades. Past life regression is a method used in psychiatry nowadays. Its purpose is to solve problems that prevent some people from fully live their life in the present. There are many forms in which past life regression comes to us such as the recurrent dreams of certain locations and events, phobias and a series of other emotions that we cannot explain. Of course, not all answers have to be sought in a previous life many of them may be traced back in childhood or later, in teenage years. One thing is certain: past life regression therapy, which is practised in many mental health institutions all over the world, works wonders for people suffering from severe emotional problems. Specialists in past life regression therapy can help you with the emotional issues and unfinished business from the past by integrating that experience in your present life. For those interested, here are some past life regression tips meant to give some idea to those who have never tried this kind of therapy. If you are open to the idea of reincarnation and admit the possibility that you too have been on earth more than once, you are more likely to have a successful past life regression session. Though there are several virtual guides available, the best way to start the journey is with a person that knows how to properly guide you through this and how to help you if strong emotions come to the surface. It is safe to do this next to someone who can help in case anything traumatic occurs to you. Another thing you should know is that whatever memories from the past you might get, they will be rather hazy; you need someone to interpret them really well for you to understand their connection and influence to your present life. What you may see or hear as well as the feelings that you might get will not be similar to the way you perceive things in this life. The first step to past life regression is intensifying the emotion at the root of your problem. Later, in deep meditation or trance, you will recall the particular situation that had triggered that emotion. Usually, at this stage, the person utters a phrase and by repeating it several times, he or she will see images appear with the memory of some experience from a previous moment in life. The journey may go further through several similar experiences till the patient reaches the moment that the emotion appeared from the first time. People who have done such sessions claim they have had a very useful experience and the therapist's assistance helped them find the meaning of certain images and of course accept' those things revealed from the past. However, the session may bring very strong feelings so you should be prepared for some quite intense moments.

We once had a past life regression client who, after We directed him into a past life, became mad at us. "I find it hard to believe I was a prostitute in a past life!" he said. His reasoning was that since he would never do "such a low- life thing" now, he couldn't have possibly done it then. While we’re not endorsing prostitution, his statements may imply a belief that a prostitute is less of a person than someone who isn't. In reality, we are all equal, no matter our profession, race, age, bank account balance, sexual orientation, social status, body type, or other factors. Try to accept and have compassion for those who are different than you. Besides, considering that prostitution may be the oldest profession in our world, and that many of us may have lived hundreds of lifetimes, the idea that we all may have been on either side of such a transaction isn't so hard to believe. Other clients have said, after perceiving past life scenes, "I find it hard to believe that someone who is so nice could have been so cruel in a past life." We explained that sometimes those who are exceptionally "nice" now may have learned the value of compassion, consideration, and love from lifetimes where they were the opposite. You would be surprised at who you may have been and what you may have done in past lives. For possible clues, examine the actions of others, professions, countries, and groups of people that hold your interest, especially those that provoke emotion within you. Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, you must admit you couldn't help looking if someone showed you a couple of images or a short film about different moments your past lives. I am sure you would also be tempted to see your future, at least get a glimpse of what interests you most in this life. Although some religions have the idea of reincarnation in the center of their belief system, people were rather skeptical about it for many years. However, since psychiatrists started using past life regression as therapy, we have come to understand the link between certain experiences we had in the past and the present moment. Therapists try solving some of their patients' emotional problems by 'sending' them back into the past, to the moment or period that constitutes the starting point or cause of present-day torment. There is also the possibility that the origin of a current problem be found in some 'future life'. Anyway, all these past, future or parallel lifetimes have one purpose only: to make you realize your true nature. There are two ways in which you can access your past lives. One is involuntary and may happen anytime (recurrent dreams, feelings of 'deja vue', memories of certain places we have never been to, of people we have not met, of experiences that we cannot claim to have had and yet seem so real as if we had lived them). The other is through hypnosis and it implies the participation of a specialist in hypnotherapy who conducts the session. The session begins with a relaxation exercise by means of which the subject is prepared for the episode of past life regression that follows. An induction technique combined with some instructions is used. The subconscious mind of the subject will slowly take the therapist to the source of the problem. When the patient starts communicating his or her feelings and emotions, describing the images that he or she sees, sometimes uttering obsessive words, the difficult part begins. The therapist must put the pieces of information together and interpret them so that they make sense. It takes time and a lot of practice for one to reach that level of understanding. As form of therapy, past life regression is considered to be very effective for a wide range of emotional problems, especially in the field of human relationships. By working with traumatic memories from past lives, therapists sometimes discover the source of both an emotional and physical problem. Some other times, they even detect a belief in the patient's subconscious mind which limits his or her success in life. Many phobic reactions that could not be explained by any present life experience come to light after a session (or several sessions) of past life regression. There are two types of trauma that past life therapy focuses on: complex traumas that take much time to resolve, such as chronic illnesses that someone has from a previous live, and simple accidental ones that are not connected to an emotional conflict or a karmic script. Whichever the trauma, past life regression therapy seems to be quite effective and many therapists who have specialized in this field in the last decade claim it is one of the most interesting approaches to human soul.

Not everyone believes that we live on this planet more than once. But for those of us who are at least open to the idea that reincarnation is possible, then it's worth investigating how to do past life regression. 1. Be open to the idea of past lives Some religions make the idea of reincarnation central to their belief system. Whether or not that applies to you, being open to the possibility that you have been on this earth more than once will increase the chance of a successful session. 2. Get a good helper Often our past lives bring up emotional responses. You need to make sure that the person you are performing the journey with - the person guiding you through your past - is capable of helping you if emotions come to the surface. If you are using a guided MP3 then make sure that you are near someone who can help if need be. 3. Realize that your memory is fallible If you're like most people, you probably don't remember what you were doing this time last month or last year. Consider that if a memory as recent as a few months can be hazy - and that memory is from this life - then one from a previous life can be even hazier. This means that you may need several practice sessions before you start to get results. 4. It's not television! Don't expect crystal clear pictures of your past life. Apart from anything else, you'd probably be locked up if this was the case. Take the time to get a sense of what is happening. Chances are that your past life session will guide you through this. You'll likely be asked what (if anything) you're wearing on your feet, what smells you are experiencing, that kind of thing. It's a good session if you can get the essence of these feelings. It's very unlikely that you'll see yourself in full glowing Technicolor with Dolby sound! 5. Spirit guides can help Depending on the method you're using, there's a likelihood that you will have a spirit guide to help you through the experience. They can offer helpful insights and literally guide you through the experience. A good regression will help to bring out your spirit guide. If you've already met your guide in another experience then this part will come fairly easily. If you haven't, take the time to get to know your guide. They're often called "angels" and many people believe they help us in all aspects of our day to day lives. 6. Apply the experience Quite often a past life regression will be related to a current problem you are experiencing. This is more likely than you may think. After all, we're talking about one or more likely many past lives. You'd have to have lived like a hermit in every single one of these for there to be nothing that was relevant to whatever it is you are currently experiencing. Apply what you learn in your past life journey to whatever is currently happening in your current life.

Too often, there are reports of people claiming to have been glorified historical figures in past lives. It’s a frequent misconception, perhaps encouraged in part by somewhat unscrupulous psychics who tell clients how important they were in their past lives. When people are regressed and see their own past lives, it's common to perceive experiences as being both rich and poor, male and female, powerful and powerless, productive and unproductive, and so on. If people perceive themselves as a famous historic figure such as Cleopatra, Joan of Arc, one of the Disciples of Jesus, or even as Jesus himself, there are four possible explanations for this: 1. The person really was the historic figure in a past life. 2. The person is identifying with personality patterns associated with the historic individual to such an extent that the person believes he or she was that individual. 3. The person's ego is adding to the session. For example, perhaps he or she perceives through regression the ancient civilization of Egypt and a woman who looked like Cleopatra, or they may have been associated with Cleopatra, but the regressed person wasn't actually Cleopatra. 4. The person is somehow connecting to the energy or consciousness that was once part of the historic figure. Regarding those who consider people who believe in reincarnation and past lives to be escapists and cowards, it actually takes more courage to accept and live within the ideals of reincarnation and karma because it means you have to take responsibility for everything you do, say, intend, and feel for all that happens to you. There is no such thing as a victim, you can't blame anyone for anything, and you "get away with" nothing. Furthermore, physical death may be the end of our body, but we are far more than just a body. Our soul consists of energy or life force. Science has proven that energy never dies and can't be destroyed; it just takes a different form. Past life regression can be used for entertainment purposes, but more importantly, even if you don’t believe in past lives, it can be a very useful and therapeutic tool. Finally, it doesn't really matter if the theories of reincarnation and karma are valid or not, but if we all acted as if they were, our world would be a much better place. Sociologist Herbert Mead developed a theory known as social behaviorism, which helped explained why past social experiences help form an individuals’ personality. Mead did not believe that personality was developed by drives or biologically, but more on terms socially. He stated that the self only developed when people interact with one another. Without the interaction of other people an individual can’t develop a personality. An example of this is if a child is left in total isolation for a long period of time then they don’t mature both physically or mentally. Next, social experience is crucial, and this includes the exchange of symbols. Only people attach meanings to words and symbols. If you tell a dog to sit and it obeys then you may give it a snack. However, this doesn’t mean it knows why to sit down, but it does so to get food. You can tell a dog to sit for numerous of reasons such as wanting to impress your friends, or to calm it down because it is running all over the place. Also, Mead noted that understanding individual intentions is critical. This will help us to analyze how an individual will respond even before we act. For example, when we’re driving we all anticipate what others may do because of experience. If an individual behinds you is speeding up rather quickly, then you can assume that they are about to switch lanes, or you can assume that they are in a rush and need to get somewhere quickly. Mead refers to this as taking another individual’s role. Another important theory that is related to social behaviorism is the looking-glass self. This is basically like mirroring what we think others think of us. If we think others view you as being “good looking,” then you will see yourself as being good looking, or if you think people think that you are fat then you will have that image of yourself. People take the roles of other people during development. Infants have very little knowledge so they tend to mimic others. Children often have creative minds and take on roles of other significant others or people such as parents that have a special importance in their social development. For example, children will play house in which someone will take the role of a mother while another take that of a father. As they age children will learn to take various roles and adjust to their surroundings. As we continue to age we will continue to see changes in our social life. There are a lot of critics of Mead’s theories and some claim that he focus too much on the society in developing an individual’s behavior. Another sociologist Erik H. Erikson stated that unlike Freud who believed that personality was pretty much set in stone in the first couple of years of an individual’s life, that personality changes in stages and occurs all the way up to death. His theory is not all that accurate as well, because people experience changes in different orders and time. Through all of the disagreements, sociologists generally agree on this main idea, and that is that the family has the greatest impact on an individual’s socialization abilities. When an individual is an infant they have no control and usually rely on their parents and family members to help nurture them. Through family they learn several of communication techniques such as trust, culture, and beliefs. Don’t get me wrong, not all learning comes solely from family; they can come from the environment as well because in a lot of cultures they use the environment to help raise a child. I guess the saying is true in which it takes a “village to raise a child.” It may not be surprising to you that different social classes tend to raise their children differently. An interesting survey that happened in the United States compared what a lower class family would want in a child compared to that of an upper class family. A lower class family would usually favor obedience and conformity while an upper class family would tend to favor creativity and good judgment (NORS, 2003). Have you ever wondered why? Well the reason is lower class workers tend to have jobs that they must be very obedient in and are highly supervised. Subconsciously they are gearing their children towards that route and will even use physical punishment to achieve it. In upper class workers they tend to have jobs that inspire individuality and creativity which is very similar to the traits they would like to have in their children. School also has a large effect on an individual’s personalities. If you think about it you spend a huge chunk of time each day at school. It’s also interesting to note that children tend to play with people as the same race and gender, and that boys are more physical and aggressive while girls are more well behaved. Boys also tend to find abstract activities more interesting like video games and girls tend to be more artistic. The same thing follows when they get to college because boys tend to major in physical sciences, and computing while girls usually major in humanities and arts. In school is where children discover peer groups or individual that has similar interest as themselves. People tend o indemnify more with their peer groups and can have conversations about things they understand like clothes, music, and style. Peer groups are a way for individuals to escape adult supervision, and people are usually more out spoken in peer groups. During the adolescent years people tend to identify more with their peer groups because they identify themselves as an adult and that is also a time in which parents are concerned about who their children hang around because they know that who they hang around influence their behavior deeply. During these years the mass media heavily affects individuals as well. Studies have showed that television have made people more passive and lessoned their creativity. In the United States we spend he most time watching television and own the most T.V sets per household. Submit your articles and get a PR4 backlink to your website! Submit Articles! Copyright 2006 Black Butterfly Press As a self-publisher, you become a business person. Your book is your product. Your readers are your customers. When I first made my career change, I didn’t think I had any business savvy. After all, I had been in a social service agency. I did court reports, visited children and parents, and handled emergencies. I was not a welfare worker, so I didn’t deal with money. True enough, I did budgets and clothing orders, but overall, headquarters handled the money. My commerce was in the arena of human suffering, addictions, and family dysfunctions. Back in 1998, I went to a writer’s conference with a business woman, and I spent most of my time delivering poems and looking at the other exhibits rather than manning my own booth. Later, I said to my older son, (who has his own business), "I guess I’m not about business." “Yes, you are about business. Don’t say that." He was referring to my ability over the years, as he called it "to wring water from rice." From that I began to analyze my skills I’d gained over the years. As a working mother, I had put many of my dreams on hold while I worked, and reared a family. Like Mary Kaye’s philosophy says, God, Family, then career. So now I am gleaning through the five philosophies I learned as a social worker, which I have applied over the past 6 years as a literary service provider, Internet radio show host, ghost writer, and now new literary agent. • Treat every client (or customer) with respect. As a social worker I often dealt with derelicts, substance abusers, and prostitutes. I still felt that they were all worthy of human dignity. Because I treated them as such, they in turn, treated me with respect. The payoff: I was never assaulted during 23 years of working in high crime areas in the inner cities of Detroit and Los Angeles. When you’re doing book signings, no reader is too small to not meet with a smile. Listen to their stories. Often they will come back and buy your book. I’ve found the same applies in doing business with other businesses. You must have good interpersonal skills to work with people. This means you will not constantly be embroiled in arguments and disagreements. When I have problems with technical difficulties on my Internet shows that are beyond my control, I’ve learned to be reasonable and not throw my hands up. It is important to never lose your momentum when you are building an audience, and this means sometimes having to accept that human beings error. They are late, sometimes they don’t even show up. I usually rectify the problem with getting a free show—not quitting the show altogether. • Create a bank of good will, where you can call on people for favors during a crisis. As long as you have a plan, doggedly stick to it in spite of obstacles, you will come out ahead in the end. As an emergency response worker, one evening I was assigned four foster children to place at 5:00 p.m. closing time. Meanwhile, my own child was at a day care, which closed at 6:00 p.m., and I had guests from out of town who I planned to be at a play with at 8:00 p.m. I managed to get to everything on time. I worked it out through delegation and support from co-workers I had previously helped. I also picked up my child before I placed the two remaining foster children. From this I’ve learned the invaluable capital found in human relationships. I share resources with other writers and they have shared resources with me. It’s like the story of "Stone Soup." I’ve given and received much in return. • Your emergency is not my emergency, because you didn’t do what you were supposed to do. Although I never said these words, it helped my attitude when I discovered that the name of the game was pass the buck. Often, superiors did not follow through with problems, and when emergencies erupted, they wanted to dump on the lower man on the totem pole, ergo, the worker. I found this was not a trap for me, because if you took care of what you were supposed to take care of, covered your bases, you could have grace under pressure. Working in a bureaucracy, the best way to run your desk was to keep your work in order. Whenever there was an investigation, it always blew over, because you kept your business in order. As the boss of your own business, it translates into "expect Murphy’s Law." What can go wrong, will go wrong. Always be prepared with Plan B. Books do not always come from the printer on time. People try to blame you for things going wrong. Just stay cool and set strong boundaries. • Everything will work out fine, that is, as long as you take action. I always answered every phone call and dealt with every problem as it arose. This kept small problems from snowballing into larger ones. Likewise, I am learning that this applies to following-up on calls and e-mails that are important for networking, even as a writer, Internet radio show host, literary agent, or literary service provider. • There is no emergency except death. After my mother’s death, I went into low gear, and nothing else could phase me—deadlines, sanctions, subpoenas. So what? became my attitude. When I measured everything on the Richter scale of death, or perhaps because of this attitude change, it was never a big thing. The main thing was that I never lost a foster child (to death) on my caseload, because I had made a bad decision. This was in spite of the fact that the department I worked for constantly added more paperwork. On the upside, this paperwork brought in Federal funds and guaranteed the social worker’s job. But on the downside, this also increased the social worker’s demands (stress), and the number of foster children who weren’t visited on a monthly basis. Subsequently, there was an increase in the number of foster children who died under suspicious circumstances, and an increase in social workers and supervisors being fired from their job. Had a child died because I failed to visit him or made a bad decision, then "that" was an emergency. The paperwork I managed to keep up with, but I knew the main priority was child safety. Thus, I can say that I was a success as a social worker. So one can reason if they have been in another career, I’ve done this before. There is a generic principle here. What is it? My answer is this: Just as I was successful doing crisis work, I began to see success in my business when I believed I could be successful in my writing, and dealing with other writers. Recently, I have seen an upturn in my literary agency in terms of deals closed. In spite of let downs, disappointments, and delays, persistence is beginning to pay off. I have also gained larger clients and have been able to successfully meet deadlines for these writers. Let’s face it. Many of us are living longer and having multiple careers over our lifetime. The Internet and the economy have reshaped our career choices. In terms of business, I translate this into: Do what you love, because you are going to be dead a long time.

Today I was remembering a conversation I had with a man at a dinner party given by one of my friends some eleven years ago. I sat beside a man who was then in his early fifties, well groomed without being flashy, attractive and very funny. And I mean funny. He started out by saying he was conceived stamped with a DNA code that says "not suitable for marriage", but he did get married anyway just to please his parents. He said he was the perfect family man for 12 years, had a little girl but then the code kicked in and he left the institution of marriage. He loved his daughter and so when she said "Daddy, please buy a house close to this one so I can see you all the time" he did! For six years after the divorce he would come home to his ex-wife and daughter in the afternoons, go out at night, and then come home to his other home, close enough to his ex-wife and daughter's home, but private enough that he could have a live in girlfriend whose name and face changes quite often. It seems that he does not want to come home to an empty house, and if one relationship does not work out, there is always another one. He was lonely and he did not want to be lonely. At the time of our conversation, the man who owned a company that manages 200 million dollars in stocks and other investments, from some Hollywood producers and few east coast trusts was a lonely man. He had lots of money but he was not happy. I have come to ask "What makes people happy". From my observation over the years, I have found that happy people have characteristics that set them apart from the rest. The rest whom Bertrand Russell calls "masses of men" who "lead lives of quiet desperation". Beyond a certain level of comfort, when all of the physical needs are met: food, clothing, shelter, there is a something different with happy people that it really does not matter whether they have millions of dollars in the bank or just having a career that they enjoy. It has very little to do with how much money they have. I now know that these are the universal qualities of happy people. 1. Happy people have an inner strength. They do not need validation from others. 2. Happy people forgive the past wrongs that have been done them. 3. Happy people truly enjoy their work. They do their work because they can not imagine doing anything else. 4. Happy people choose their reactions to people and circumstances they encounter. They act rather than re-act. Now let us discuss each and every one of these characteristics: Happy people have an inner strength. They do not need validation from others. Happy people do not need the constant approval of others for what they do or who they are. They are content with what they have become and constantly delight in the process of their evolution. Happy people forgive the past wrongs that have been done them. It would have been wonderful if all of us had perfect childhoods, but as I get older, I have come to realize that either all of us had it or none of us had it. It was what it was! For each of us, whatever happened in the past was perfect for our stage in life. We are here now! We can either go back to our childhood experiences and blame our parents, ourselves, anyone who had hurt us in the past and carry it with us for the rest of our lives or we can take responsibility for our feelings right here and right now. We can choose to be imprisoned or walk free. The best part of it, is that WE can choose! Happy people have gone beyond their childhood pasts--imperfect as it seems-- and moved on. They choose to forgive, forget and move on. Happy people truly enjoy their work. They do their work because they can not imagine doing anything else. To these people, there is only a very fine line between work and play, and oftentimes, the distinction between the two disappear completely. Happy people choose their reactions to events and to the people they encounter. There is a beautiful passage in one of F. Scott Fitzgerald's short stories called "The Freshest Boy". In it is a sentence I will never forget: "It is not given to us to know those rare moments when people are wide open, and the slightest touch can either wither or heal. A moment too late, and we can never reach them anymore in this world. They will not be cured by our most efficacious drugs or slain by our sharpest swords." Everything in our lives, no matter how seemingly insignificant is a karmic event. As long as we live we will encounter these events. We are all given the power to choose how we will react to them and to everyone around us. Our guide is our hearts. We realize the wholeness when we pay attention to what we choose to do in any event. Follow your heart and you will never go wrong. All of the above qualifications can be summed up in one sentence, and you can choose to have it. And here it is: Happy people are self-referring. Only the ones who can always go back to themselves and find strength deep within are capable of sustaining happiness regardless of the circumstance that surrounds them. They act rather than react, and they create rather than compete. To them, life itself is a gift to be enjoyed, and the rest of it? Icing. Do you dare to be self referring? Do you dare to CHOOSE to be happy? © 2007 by Melinda M. Sorensson www.integratedlifecoach.com

Having felt that the accumulated debts are slowly but consistently making your life bitter, you are now seeking for a reliable external financial guidance to dissolve it permanently. Though you might have made up your mind for obtaining a monetary aid, still you are in a perplexed state to make out the rational loan policy. If this is so, then considering the low interest debt consolidation loan will be rewarding for you. The benediction of low interest debt consolidation is accessible in a simple and easy procedure and according to ones ability. To make it more lucid, low interest debt consolidation is bifurcated into two sections, secured and unsecured. Secured and unsecured forms can be enjoyed by pledging or without pledging property as collateral, respectively. The other privileges of low interest debt consolidation depend firmly on these two forms. With the help of this loan plan, every sizable debt can be dissolved or least curbs it. Low interest debt consolidation is also preferred by financial experts when debtors look for a loan to minimize the rate of interest in comparison to the current rates that they are paying. All such advantages come in a single planned loan policy of low interest debt consolidation. Enjoying the subtraction of debts by paying a cheap and reasonable rate of interest is only possible with low interest debt consolidation. The low rate of interest has many benefits along with deducting the debts. Debtors in this loan get an opportunity to save money as the installments burden is less, which in turn favors the debtors to rebuild and restore the scratched financial status. By mending the tattered financial condition the borrowers can even extent the monetary position to a level with which they can execute some of their demands. To make a subtraction of the pile of debts has become simpler than early decades with the advancement of sophisticated technology i.e. online. Applicants can reach the lenders and approve the low interest debt consolidation loans from home or office by following the online application theorem. Thus, once you deduct the debts there is nothing left and borrower can spend a debt life.

At the end of this article, you will be amazed to find out a new YOU. You may not be aware but whatever you do, is in one way or the other is connected to your past life experiences. NLP discloses a small secret to you that your positive past experience can guide you positively in your life on the contrary the negative past experience can block your path of progress. It is a proven fact. Sometimes it has been evident that a person knows what he wants out of his life and the ways to achieve that goal in his life. Yet he is unsuccessful in his life. Do you know what made him unsuccessful in achieving his target? His past experiences are not allowing to move ahead in life. Every one has a darker side in their lives. You must have suffered a situation when you where terribly hurted. NLP states that you were not unfortunate because you suffered a bad experience, but you are unfortunate because you are allowing that bad experience to still reside in you. Good and bad times are the part of life. Abraham Lincoln faced grievances in his life but still he was successful. In fact, he was successful because he experienced the grievances in his life. The most unfortunate thing is that your past experiences hurted you in the past and they are still hurting you as they compel to pass by the opportunities that you deserve. NLP can help you frame your experiences in the new way for the brighter side of your life. All you have to do is to follow the NLP exercise, so that the thought of your bad experience may not disturb you anymore: Step 1. Choose a comfortable place: Sit in a comfortable position where you are not disturbed. Make yours self completely relaxed and calm. Copyright © 2007 Ed Bagley Apocalypto – 4 Stars (Excellent) Mel Gibson's "Apocalypto" shows the raw, violent face of the advanced Mayan civilization in its decline, with its rulers insisting that the key to continued prosperity is to build more temples and offer more human sacrifices to their Gods. The result is the story of innocent Mayans being viciously attacked and their communal way of life being destroyed to meet an insane desire. Killing your own has never been a good idea historically and is perhaps a lesson we need to take more seriously today. The focal point of this film is Jaguar Paw (Rudy Youngblood) and his family. He is one of many sons of Flint Sky (Morris Birdyellowhead), the leader of a small, isolated Mayan community in the tropical jungle of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula just before the arrival of the Spanish in the New World. Flint Sky and his progeny wish only to be left alone to pursue their destiny in a peaceful environment. Enter Zero Wolf (Raoul Trujillo) and his raiding party looking for victims to sacrifice to the Gods. Jaguar Paw and pregnant wife Seven (Dalia Hernandez) and their son Turtles Run (Carlos Emilio Baez) escape the attack. Jaguar Paw quickly finds a hiding place to keep his family safe, and then he returns to help fight off the attackers. Many in his village are killed and many more are captured. This story is about how the captured Jaguar Paw can possibly survive the enforced march to an untimely death and then return to save his family. In the end, he must choose to greet the oncoming Spanish as their ships roll into the harbor, or retreat to the jungle and continue to live a hidden life. I promise you that when you see this film you will be glued to the edge of your seat. Apocalypto will hold your interest like very few films can. Some historians were falling all over themselves to criticize inaccuracies in the film, I suspect mainly to get some badly needed publicity which they obviously could not do on their own. Gibson is a film producer in Apocalypto, not an historian. Good grief, if I want exact history, I will read history books. Gibson brings history to life and does what no one else in Hollywood dares or cares to do. Gibson's film is an excellent presentation of how we would like life not to be, and also a reminder that no matter how smart we think we are we can sow the seeds of our own destruction right here in the greatest nation Earth has ever hosted. Apocalypto is produced by Mel Gibson, Farhad Safinia and Bruce Davey, and written by Gibson and Safinia. It is worth the price of two tickets to see. I highly recommend it for adults. It is a not-so-subtle reminder of what civilization was and could be again. The fate of the Mayan civilization remains a mystery even today. We know that around 300 BC the Mayan calendar was invented in the Yucatan and was more exact than older calendars. We know the oldest Mayan temples in Central America were built around AD 200. We know that the Classic period of Mayan civilization occurred between AD 250 to 900 with the development of hieroglyphic writing and advances in art, architecture and science. We know the Post-Classical period of Mayan civilization began in AD 900 and extended to 1519. The Mayan civilization was at its apex in the early 8th Century before eventually falling into decline and ultimately suffering abandonment. We do not know why the civilization collapsed but can only speculate that its fall was from within, sowing the seeds of its own destruction. Apocalypto picked up nominations for Academy Awards in Makeup, Sound Editing and Sound Mixing. I thought the cinematography was spectacular, the close up shots of Jaguar Paw running for his very life, the look of fear in the faces of those innocents who were violently executed by their attackers, and the jungle with its teeming flora and fauna. Cinematographer Dean Semler used a Spydercam to shoot from atop the 170-foot waterfall when Jaguar Paw jumps to escape Zero Wolf and his killer squad. Semler filmed Apocalypto digitally, using the high-definition Panavision Genesis camera. Semler is an artist disguised as a cinematographer. The Central Ohio and Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Associations saw what I did in giving Apocalypto their Best Cinematography Awards. Apocalypto should have garnered more awards, but Mel Gibson's unfortunate drinking habit and run-in with a law enforcement officer did not endear him to the Hollywood community. Gibson insisted on making the main sets based on actual buildings rather than computer-generated images. Three cheers for Gibson as I believe authenticity counts. I am so sick and tried of seeing stupid kung fu films showing actors jumping 150 feet straight up into the air and then fighting on a twig. I would like to see these wannabe clowns fighting Bruce Lee on his best day. Was Apocalypto an epic? Absolutely. There was a main cast of 39 along with 700 extras. Ever wonder what a support cast is to a film? For Apocalypto there were 179 people in the Makeup Department, 67 in the Art Department, 50 in Sound, 36 in Special Effects, 153 in Visual Effects, 33 in Stunts, 80 in Camera and Electrical, 8 in Casting, 22 in Costume and Wardrobe, 18 in Editorial, 62 in Transportation and 100 more additional crew. Total support: 800+. Cost of the film: $40 million. Total box office and rental revenue figures: $72 million and counting. Many of the speaking roles were by Mayan people who had never acted. The sick child who curses the hunting party as they lead the captives on a forced march to their death was played by a 7-year-old girl who lived in a dirt-floored hut in a village not unlike Jaguar Paw's. This was a haunting scene as the girl who was affected with the plague and untouchable upbraids the hunting party by saying "You fear me? So you should. All you who are vile. Would you like to know how you will die? The scared time is near. Beware the blackness of the day. Beware the man who brings the jaguar. "Behold him reborn from mud and earth. For the one he takes you to will cancel the sky, and scratch out the earth. Scratch you out. And end your world. He's with us now. Day will be like night. And the man jaguar will lead you to your end." Herein we learn how Jaguar Paw avoids being beheaded only to run the gauntlet of spears and arrows in his escape back into the jungle. This is a brutal and graphic film with beheadings like sound bites. There are too many gems in this film to list here. Suffice to say a village elder uses animals to tell a story about how man will never be satisfied despite using the Earth and everything in it for his own gain. You will cringe when Jaguar Paw's wife and young son face downing as she falls and must deliver her newborn facing certain death. In the end Jaguar Paw uses his wit and wisdom to claim the forest as his own. Get out and see Apocalypto. This is a film nearly everyone could benefit from seeing before they pass from this Earth. It will remind you of how fragile and perilous our life is.

When he was not walking with his shadow, living in his own sorrow and hurts ; he thought, he did not know and sometimes he did not think he did not know.. And his cup of life overflowed with tears. Death by any nickname was nefarious, a nudist paradise, shedding all the pretentions stripteasing without guests in dark. An awkward display of celebration. Ultimately one had to leave, going back to innocent womb of defeat. Head or tail, who wins the toss ? Nobody knows. while the coin is lost in the sky, and the game does not start. He climbs up in the present, scratching thr pattern ; neither believing in past nor in future. SATISH VERMA
