Kids grow up being independent with their own two wheelers. It gives them a sense of identity and overcome fear also. And as they grow they graduate to bigger and better two wheelers. Short of cleaning her room for her, or moving, I am at a loss as to what to do next.

You may want to get storage units to put into your kids bedrooms if they seem to have too many toys on the floor all the time. This hasn't worked well for me, but maybe it will for you. My daughter is spoiled rotten by my family, and I don't know how to get them to quit. As a result, she just has too many toys. Everyone cries, whether they are adults, children, male or female. People cry when they are happy, sad, angry, hurt, scared, proud or embarrassed. Children also cry when they are tired, dissatisfied, sick, hungry or just plain bored.

Sometimes children use crying as a means of getting their own way. Coddling children when they are old enough to know how to manipulate a situation by crying sends the message that turning on the tears is an affective way to get what they want.

The best way to get children to stop crying is by distracting them. If they forget why they are crying in the first place, they have no reason to continue crying. You might compare this to adults by thinking of something that makes you upset or worried. If you keep thinking about it, your mood will not improve; but by distracting yourself and thinking about or doing something else, you will forget that you are worried and be able to move on.

Once you have established that nothing is truly wrong with the child, try to distract them by asking questions like what they had for breakfast or what their favorite TV show is. If you continue to talk to them and ask them questions, they will be concentrating on your conversation and not whatever led them to start crying. By the time they realize that they have stopped crying, it will be too late to start up again.

Another way to distract children from crying is to get them to move around or perform tasks that they have to think about and concentrate on. Turn the situation around and ask if they can help you instead of you helping them. Whatever way you choose, distracting the child will soon turn off the water works and get them back to their previous activity.

If you continue to practice these strategies when your children cry they will eventually no longer be necessary. Not giving in to your kids because they are crying will show them that they can not use crying as an easy way out.

If your children cry when they are punished or on a time out, ignoring their tears is the only way they will learn a lesson. If they are on a time out and you are talking to them or trying to comfort them, you are sending the message that misbehaving equals attention from mom or dad. Ignoring them will solidify the line between what behavior merits a reward and what behavior deserves punishment.

While crying to express emotion is a part of life, it is important for your children to know that it is not a way to get what they want. The real world will not coddle them the way mom and dad do, so though it may seem like a harsh lesson at times, it is an important one for every parent to enforce.

Most kids I've come across including when I was a kid love to draw, doodle or paint; it seems like we're all born with this love for the most part and as we grow up, sometimes that love dwindles, goes away all together or remains with us. The reasons for the different aspects of art leaving our lives as we grow up are many and varied; they can range from just plain losing interest, becoming frustrated enough as we get older that we're not happy with our work and we move onto something else that we're better at and sometimes it's simply due to lack of encouragement by the grown-ups around us including parents.

Art is about the soul; it's where a person's creativity sparks and is allowed to express itself without any hindrance or fast set rules.
Another wonderful reason to encourage a child is something we might overlook on occasion. Children, no matter their age, have a hard time expressing themselves verbally- let's face it MOST adults aren't exactly great in this area either; hence why so many arguments are started, divorces happen, etc. Now if something is really bothering the child or is worrying them, how do you think they might express it? You guessed it right!! with their Art! Art is a wonderful way to express your emotions and children do this all the time; now am I suggesting that you start to analyze each piece your child draws, paints or sculpts out of play-dough? Of course not! What I am saying though is that if a child is open to art, enjoys creating, this is another outlet for them to use when they're troubled about something rather than locking it up inside where it can do real damage. Personally, I think that's something a lot of adults need or should realize as well.
Personally, I like to use myself for an example on this sort of situation; I always enjoyed drawing & doodling for most of my life but was never into it enough to pursue it passionately till a few years ago; this wasn't due to my parents lack of encouragement; they always thought my work was the greatest even when it really wasn't. I hate to say it but I just was never interested enough in it to pursue it continously although I always did add a touch of art to most things I did, whether it was designing my folders I used for school to even one time painting a pair of my shoes partly gold to make them unique hehe. Look at me now, I'm a graphic designer/digital painter and rarely go an entire day without trying my hand at something creative unless I'm in a tremendous creative block in which case I do take a breather so as to keep the frustration from building up.
Naturally, not every child who dabbles in art will become an artist, writer or what have you but by allowing them the opportunity to explore their creativity, their imagination throughout their life through art, no matter the form, you will be helping to raise a human being who will be open to new ideas, explore new paths, never lose their sense of wonder and no matter what career they pursue as they grow up these sorts of qualities will be of a tremendous boom to them and will give them both an edge & an outlet for when things get tough and seem overwhelming.

Children should be exposed and immersed in technology, and especially logic. Nowadays, knowing how to use a computer, at least basically (making spreadsheets or documents, for example) is almost necessary. If children are introduced to this at an early age, they can either experiment and find things out on their own (like myself) or get help from their parents. Just like reading or solving puzzles, computing is a “brain-developing” activity, especially during youth. It stimulates the brain and encourages the child to think and to use logic and reason.

Computing in the early years of education (kindergarden, 1st, 2nd grade, etc) is excellent not only to make the children “grow” intellectually, but to start introducing them to this almost necessary computing world.
