Colonic Perforation:
Technology. We live in a grand time of technological development. Computers the Internet/ cell phones/ digital cameras and DVDs. But the human body has not 'kept up' with technology. Live healthily through proper exercise enough rest and a healhty diet. Of course a good detox program will also work wonders. The transit time in a normally functioning digestive system should be less than 21 hours. The average person eating a normal western diet will have eight full meals of undigested food and waste matter within their digestive system. Either way an individual who strives for body detox is taking a step in the right direction. It can be a weeklong diet of liquids organic raw fruits and vegetables to cleanse the system.

Decreased Colonic Transit Time:
Metallic toxins such as mercury lead and others can 'block' nutrients from entering cells and metabolic waste from leaving the cells creating a favorable environment for cancer growth. Detox dieting for weight loss cleanses the systems and allows a more free flowing distribution of nutrients and useable energy. Those ready for an intermediate detox can do a 21 day whole body cleanse with the Internal Cleansing Kit by Blessed Herbs. It contains herbs that detoxify all the body's organs of elimination and toxic substances. When we take a shower our bodies absorb the chemicals (fluoride and chlorine) that have been added to purify and keep the water from developing bacteria and other harmful critters.

Best Medication Used For Alcohol Detox:
In the increasingly toxic environment that we live today no sane human being will dispute the importance and efficacy of detoxification in achieving long lasting health. Today we have a range of products diets and information available to assist us with removing the toxins from our body. However there are others who believe that you should eat everything in moderation to get positive results. More at no diet candida cleanse Consuming three servings EACH of raw fruits raw vegetables and cooked vegetables (that's nine servings total) is the minimum for optimal health but you will want to take in five servings of each per day for a total of 15 servings servings/day on a detoxification program.

Detox Bath Crystal:
Read the labels and always take them as directed. herbs and supplements. Seventy percent of all disease processes have some emotional component to them. So if you are doing all the right things and taking all the right drugs supplements and diet for something and it still isn't working these drops may be your ticket. Examples of healthy fats would be plant fats that have not been 'hydrogenated' which makes the fat more solid at room temperature. It is believed that hydrogenation is actually more harmful to health than saturated fats found naturally in animal products. See more at colonics in michigan

Over The Counter Alchohol Detox Products:
However the increasing number of dangerous chemicals and toxins in every facet of modern life has made eliminating toxins from our system the more difficult. Why. See http://www.coloncleanses.cn/rapid-detox/rapid-detoxification-rapid-detox-program-rapid-opi.php The procedure works by attracting charged toxic substances in the body and then drawing them out into the water. Apparently this method might only be effective in getting rid of charged toxins in the body which are mostly metals.

Mercury Detoxification

Sandra Kim Leong 2005-09-01
Title: Mercury Detoxification

An interesting area of alternative medicine that is advancing rapidly is mercury detox treatment. Mercury is toxic to humans. We can be exposed to mercury in a number of ways, including the silver fillings in our teeth, ammunition, artificial flowers and wood preservatives.

High concentrations of mercury in the body have been shown to have many negative effects, including a deterioration of the central nervous system, dementia, depression and tremors. Mercury is absorbed into both the connective tissues and the nervous system, making its effects even more disastrous. By restricting the individual cells’ respiration enzymes, mercury keeps your cells from using oxygen. It can cause heart disease and suppress your immune system. Cleansing your body of mercury is the answer.

Mercury detoxification is the process by which mercury is eliminated from the body. The process is lengthy, often taking three to six months. The most common method for eliminating mercury is chelation therapy. Chelation therapy is introducing a binding agent into the body that grabs onto the mercury and causes it to be excreted with the body’s waste products. Both intravenous and oral chelation methods exist. The intravenous method is more costly and inconvenient, making the oral method the most popular.

While the intravenous method administers compounds directly into the blood stream, oral chelators can be purchased and administered to reduce mercury levels in the body. These will often contain a type of algea and cilantro, natural chelators, known for their ability to bind mercury, and other supplements to assist the body in eliminating mercury.

If you suspect that you have mercury in your body, be sure to check with a health professional on how best to eliminate the chemical from your body. Once you eliminate the mercury from your body, you can expect to feel improved brain power and concentration, increased energy and rejuvenated!

A Review of the current Mercury car models

Jerick Brooks 2007-04-18
Title: A Review of the current Mercury car models

Not like Toyota, Hyundai, Mitsubishi and other well known automobile names, Mercury is one of the silent brands in the market today. Mercury is a brand of the Ford Motor Company. In 1939, Mercury was founded to market near-luxury cars slotted between entry-level Ford and luxury Lincoln models, similar to General Motors' Buick (and former Oldsmobile) brand and DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler brand. Today, all Mercury models are based on Ford platforms.

There are five current Mercury models in the market. These are the Mercury Grand Marquis, Mercury Mariner, Mercury Milan, Mercury Monterey, and the Mercury Mountaineer.

The Mercury Grand Marquis is a full-size rear-wheel drive sedan, which is manufactured at the St. Thomas Assembly Plant in Canada. It was also built in St. Louis, Missouri until 1985.

It is Mercury's flagship sedan and is essentially a slightly more luxurious version of the Ford Crown Victoria. It comes in five main trim levels: GS (base model), GS Convenience, LS Premium, LS Ultimate and the LSE. The trim level can be identified by the fifth, sixth and seventh digits in the VIN. A Grand Marquis GS is represented by "M74", while a Grand Marquis LS/LSE is represented by "M75".

Despite rumors to the contrary, Ford has announced that they will continue to produce the Grand Marquis through at least 2010.

The company does plan on redesigning it along with the Crown Victoria sometime in the future, likely retiring the Panther platform altogether and moving them to the Ford D2C platform used by the Ford Mustang. While Ford would likely replace the Crown Victoria name with something along the lines of “Fairlane”, the Grand Marquis name could remain.

The Mercury Mariner compact SUV was introduced in 2005. It is similar to the Mazda Tribute and Ford Escape, although it is slightly more up market than the other two. Its engine is identical to the Ford Escape. It also includes stylistic differences, such as a two-tone interior, European-style turn signal repeaters, monotone cladding, and the signature Mercury "waterfall" front grille. The Mariner is Mercury's first car-based SUV, and is slotted below the Mountaineer in the lineup.

According to a website, since Mariner went on sale in September 2004, it has sold exactly 80,295 as of February 2007.

For the 2008 model, the Mariner is significantly updated with a new look. The changes will include a new grille, headlights, taillights, a new lift gate, a higher beltline, new doors and wheels. The interior is also significantly updated with higher quality materials and more refined features. The engines remain the same but the 3.0L Duratec V6 has been modified to reduce fuel consumption by 10%.

The first 2008 Mercury Mariner was unveiled at the Florida International Auto Show on October 6, 2006 and was tagged as a new direction for the Mercury Brand.

The model began its sale in February 2007.

The Mercury Milan is a front-wheel drive mid-size sedan based on the Ford CD3 platform. The Milan is an innovated model of the Ford Fusion, while being slotted below the luxury-spec Lincoln MKZ (formerly the Lincoln Zephyr) sedan.

As compared to Fusion, Milan features unique front and rear small yet essential designs, larger rear doors, LED taillight clusters, projector head lamps and fog lamps, modified suspension, and an upgraded interior. It served as the bridge between the Mercury Mystique in 2000 and the Mercury Sable in 2005. Milan is available in four packaged variants: Milan I4, Milan I4 Premier, Milan V6, and Milan V6 Premier. Both the Milan and Fusion, along with the MKZ, are derivatives of the Mazda 6 sedan, while only sharing 40% of its parts.

The Milan four cylinders come standard with a five-speed manual. It is available with optional five-speed automatic. All 2007 V6 Milans are equipped with the new six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive (AWD) was added as an available option for the 2007 model year, but only for the V6 equipped vehicles. Also, a DVD navigation system has been added as an option.

A website depicts the Milan it has sold exactly 46,732 as of February 2007 since it went on sale in October 2005.

The Mercury Monterey is a full-size semi-luxury car introduced in 1950. It would later share the same body style with the slightly more upscale Marquis, and the Park Lane and Montclair. The Marquis-Monterey body was, in turn, shared with that of the Ford LTD, Ford Galaxie, and Ford Custom. In 2004, Mercury resurrected the Monterey nameplate for a minivan. It was essentially a re-badged Ford Freestar with added features and modified cosmetic features.

Finally, the Mercury Mountaineer is a luxury SUV. It shares many features with the Ford Explorer, and in terms of hardware, the two are virtually identical. Externally, they are styled somewhat differently, and the Mountaineer is positioned with a more enhanced interior. It was mildly redesigned for the 2006 model year due to a new frame, but looks very similar to its previous model.

The Mercury exhaust among these models varies. Despite the brand’s silence in the automobile market, Ford assured that the Mercury exhaust system is at par with the competitive brands in the market today.

Merry Rides with Mercury Parts

Joshua Zimmer 2007-01-24
Title: Merry Rides with Mercury Parts

A sibling of Ford – that’s what is most often regarded of Mercury. After all, the Mercury brand of cars was produced as an alternative for Ford car buyers. Created by Ford in 1939, Mercury was created with the foremost goal of marketing Ford’s semi-luxury cars that are between the entry-level Ford cars and the Lincoln luxury cars. Car enthusiasts often regard Mercury vehicles as the Fords equipped with longer wheelbases and larger engines. In terms of the general look, however, Mercury vehicles are classic-looking and are a symbol of the 1950’s.

Mercury has been around for a long time and its cars have pleased and satisfied generations of drivers and passengers. It’s not surprising that it continues to be seen in all roads in the US. Among the various Mercury vehicles still being manufactured and sold in the market are the Mercury Capri, Mercury Colony Park, Mercury Grand Marquis, Mercury Marauder Sedan, Mercury Monarch, Mercury Topaz and Mercury Zephyr. Mercury cars are especially conceptualized and designed to give the drivers and passengers that sensation of being at one with the road. Each Mercury car was genuinely crafted to the littlest detail to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of customers.

While the Mercury brand did not become as popular as the basic Ford and Lincoln brands, Mercury still has a lot of loyal customers. And these loyal customers, inevitably, need Mercury car parts from time to time. Thus, a lot of Mercury parts are still being manufactured to meet the persistent demand. Mercury parts are not your average auto parts, as each part is truly made to perform. Even if Mercury the brand is not as popular as Ford itself, Mercury parts are as good and as effective as Ford parts. No wonder Mercury parts are trusted by many car aficionados – Mercury and non-Mercury owners alike. After all, Mercury parts can also be used in non-Mercury cars, especially in other Ford automobiles.

Wherever you are in the US, you can be sure Mercury parts can be accessed when needed as so many dealers and sellers of Mercury parts abound in the market. For instance, performance Mercury parts like cold air intakes, stiff shocks, and high-flow mufflers all ensure you have the smoothest, hassle-free rides. Then there are dress-up Mercury parts. One thing about Mercury parts: these parts aren’t just made to perform – they are also made to make any vehicle look better. So you need not compromise your car’s looks for function when it comes to Mercury parts.

Just remember to take proper care of your Mercury parts the way these parts were carefully crafted to suit your every automobile need. In case the need for replacement or repair comes, replacement Mercury auto parts are always available in the market and aftermarket.

Indeed Mercury parts are the parts to be trusted when it comes to auto performance enhancing. After all, aside from these parts’ proven efficiency and power, these parts are still essentially from Ford, top leading car and car parts manufacturer, no questions asked.

Mercury?s Long-Term Reliability can be Attributed to the Mercury Parts

Title: Mercury?s Long-Term Reliability can be Attributed to the Mercury Parts
Driving accidents can happen no matter how skilled and cautious the driver may be. Thus, a car that is ill-equipped in handling such eventualities can easily be crushed or damaged. Not Mercury though. Mercury vehicles are known for their high standards for driving safety specifications. The Mercury parts that make up the company’s assembly lines were chosen for their performance and capacity to withstand the rigors of daily driving conditions. Hence, Mercury vehicles are prepared to handle the crushing forces brought by impacts to minimize car damage and possible injuries in the event of driving mishaps.

Mercury vehicles consistently earn the confidence of various organizations because of their modern driving safety car features. For example, the newly released 2008 Mercury Sable is included in the Insurance Institute for Highway safety’s Top safety picks for large cars. It has earned high scores over the institute’s performance, safety, and reliability indexes. In introducing a revolutionary electronic stability control, Mercury Sable was also recognized by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or the NHTSA for its favorable side and frontal crash test results.

Because the performance of Mercury parts greatly influences the overall reliability of Mercury vehicles, they need to withstand tough and rough driving conditions. They are crafted to be durable enough to resist wearing and fading when constantly subjected to heat and pressure. To acquire resilience to harsh working conditions, the components that grace the assembly lines of Mercury vehicles are assured of their long-term reliability. This way, they ensure the effectiveness of the modern driving safety features of every Mercury ride.

The safety and the crash-readiness features of Mercury vehicles are also extended to OEM and aftermarket Mercury parts. Not only they ensure excellent handling characteristics and quicker engine responses to engine inputs, they ensure that every Mercury vehicle precisely meets the industry’s standards in terms of driving safety and performance. Having excellent teams of engineers, technicians and auto designers, Mercury keeps their car model offerings competitive in the market by ensuring that every vehicle is equipped with high grade parts. With the company’s continuous efforts to providing their targeted market base with safe and powerful cars, its innovative auto manufacturing technologies are also applied in producing high grade Mercury parts.

Remove Your Mercury Fillings - 9 Ways to Detox After the Last Filling is Out

Title: Remove Your Mercury Fillings - 9 Ways to Detox After the Last Filling is Out
Once the last mercury filling has been removed from your mouth it is time to begin a gentle heavy metal detox. Heavy metals like mercury, easily enters our bodies but are tricky to remove. The following suggestions aim to use substances that will pull the mercury out of tissues, bind with a chelating agent and carry it out of your body. As the mercury leaves your body it does so through your organs of elimination (also called your emunctories) they include your bowel, kidneys, lungs, skin and liver.

The goal is to prime these organs of elimination and detox (specifically the liver) and to ensure a slow and gradual removal of the mercury.

1. Detox Formula

This formula will do the bulk of the chelation and should only be started once the last mercury filling is out. If this formula is started when you still have mercury in your mouth, you may aggravate as you risk pulling mercury from the fillings into your circulation and tissues.

Choose a detox formula that contains ingredients like chlorophyll, chlorella and/or cilantro to pull the mercury from the tissues. Sulfur containing amino acids like L-Methionine and L-Cysteine should also be included to carry the metals out of the body. I like and use the AMD Formula from Genestra, but there are other good formulas on the market as well. Take your detox formula 2-3 times daily following meals or as indicated.

2. Drainage

Drainage of the organs of elimination is essential for a smooth detox. Unda's basic drainage is a great way to achieve this.

3. Homeopathics

For a deeper detox and clearing, take a homeopathic amalgam detox like Merc sol 30C.

4. Diet

Eat a diet limited in sugar and processed foods, but make sure your diet is high in protein since the sulfur bearing amino acids will help in the detoxification. Try to include 2 or 3 cloves of garlic in your diet daily, this is to build up sulfur stores.

5. Hydration

Drinks lots of purified water to help flush the toxins out and stay hydrated.

6. Culture Your Internal Garden

Take a high potency quality strain of probiotics, like HMF Super Powder from Genestra. This is to make sure you have a strong intestinal flora to support you during the detox.

7. Healthy Bowel

Since 90% of mercury leaves the body through the bowel, make sure it is moving well, or you may end up making things worse! You should have 1 -2 bowel movements daily. If you need help to get your bowel going take 3 tbsp of Hemp Seeds daily, drink lots of water and take a green powder that is naturally high in magnesium.

8. Additional Supplementation

As the mercury is removed, essential nutrients are used up in the process or chelated out along with the mercury. For this reason it is very important to take supplements like a multi mineral, B-complex and vitamin C daily. Take these supplements away from the detox formula.

9. Other Therapies

Dry brushing and sauna are more ways to support your body during the heavy metal detox.

It depends on how much mercury you have in your body and your state of health on how long you do the heavy metal detox. Generally this protocol is followed for 6 weeks and can be repeated after taking a break for a few weeks if needed.

Introduction To Body Detox

Lucy Bartlett 2006-08-05
Title: Introduction To Body Detox

Detox, or detoxification is the process of neutralizing or eliminating toxins from the body.

Toxins are chemicals that we take into our bodies such as oral contraceptives, perfume and after shave, cigarette smoke and alcohol, food additives, pesticides, cleaning agents and Mercury. Our bodies naturally detoxify these chemicals and excrete them via our stools or urine.

So why the need to aid detoxification?

Experts believe that the sheer amount of toxins that we take into our bodies every day via water food and the environment can accumulate. The build up of toxins can be so great that our bodies cannot detoxify efficiently which can lead to nutritional deficiencies, an inefficient metabolism and hormonal imbalances.

Symptoms can be lethargy, dull skin, allergies and occasionally pain. Over time, toxic build up is believed to lead to disease.

A detox diet, using herbs and supplements or a special diet, is believed to help strengthen the organs used for detoxification and promote the excretion of stored toxins through the skin, liver, lungs, kidneys, intestines and lymphatic system.

Detox diets are thought to prevent chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease. People using detox diets report that it relieves symptoms such as lethargy and fatigue, joint pain and headaches, pmt and irritability, constipation and gas and also improves their skin.

Toxicity symptoms can be similar to other illnesses so before you embark on a detox diet it is best to discuss your symptoms with your health care provider.

Whilst you are on a detox diet, it is quite normal for your symptoms to get worse for a short period, for instance you may experience more headaches and other pains and drier or oilier skin, and this is due to the toxins all passing through your body in large quantities. Generally these symptoms pass within a few days.
