This widely defines that anybody fit with all the three categories is said to have overall Fitness.
A person may be physically fit but mentally ill or facing emotional unfitness and vise versa does not make the overall Fitness. There are always great benefits of better Fitness. The overall fit person is able to do any activity and live the healthier and better lifestyle in all respects. Certain major causes of death are lifestyle diseases that could easily be cured by simple exercises. For instance, the heart disease and Type 2 diabetes are the clear examples of lack of proper exercises
The typical or task-oriented Fitness is the ability of the person for performing some specific activity with considerable efficacy such as sports or military services wherein the typical training prepares the athletes and soldiers for performing well in their acts. Fitness tests are mandatory for all the contenders of Police Force, Military Services and Fire Fighters, because based on their Fitness only they are qualified for the routine training course for the subject.
