Recently I wrote a little about something called ‘clouds of consciousnesses. It’s been ruminating for a while and I am trying to find a way to describe it or play with it. At the moment it really is a case of suck it and see what happens and play around with different ideas. I am rapidly coming to a place whereby there is a definite idea about this formulating. It is probably nothing new but I have not read about it or seen anything on the internet. Of course the books I have read, the radio interviews I have heard with physicists and other scientists and spiritual people all go a long way to me formulating this idea. When I was nearing the end of this article it got me researching along a path of: consciousness, reality and spirituality and led me to two scientists; David Bohm, a great physicist who only died in 1994 and Dr David R Hawkins a scientist whose work is fascinating me at the moment. I thought you might like to read about them yourself. The theory just now goes something like this. Clouds of consciousness are something we all have. There are various levels of these clouds that surround us and, should we wish, and open up our minds enough, we can tap into a lot of them. There are various levels between each of the four levels mentioned below, but for now I will write briefly about the main four clouds. Self consciousness – These are the clouds which immediately make up who we are, what we think about ourselves and the world around us. Imagine a band of clouds tightly surrounding your head. This is where the self consciousness cloud lies. These clouds contain everything that encompasses your current reality, everything you think about, everything you believe, everything you believe about the world and other people. It almost blinds you as you are only seeing, thinking and feeling what is immediately in front of you. You have not formulated any original ideas about the world and decided to question your life. The first 4 of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs would reside here. Most of us would stay in this state of consciousness until the day we die. However I truly believe there is a global shift happening and that pretty soon most of us will die whilst in the awakening consciousness stage. Your ego resides here also; everything you do is for the benefit of yourself. Awakening consciousness – This is the second level in this theory. In this stage you have started to question some of your beliefs about the world, yourself and the people around you. You are not operating from a self point of view you are starting to think about the bigger picture and to help others and to find ways to be able to do this. You can access a higher aspect of yourself, but may not necessarily understand it completely. I believe this is what is happening in the world at the moment, there are more and more people at this level of consciousness and it is culminating in a mass awakening. More and more of us are starting to believe there is something more to life and something more to our minds than was previously imagined. I am not talking about organised religion, that was a way of stifling the awakening, the real religion is when you’ve found GOD within yourself, GOD is not an entity with laws, GOD is a belief within yourself and a connection to other states of consciousness. The awakening consciousness is the beginning. In this state of consciousness you are starting to believe that you create your own world, you create and manifest the things and people around you. It is the beginning of what Maslow would call Self actualization Here comes the tricky bit. I can’t write about the other levels of consciousness as I have never experienced them. I believe I have experienced glimpses of them through lucid dreaming, astral projection and inspirational thinking, so from this point on it is mostly hypothesising. Awakened consciousness - After awakening consciousness there would be a permanent state of awakened consciousness whereby you live in a world dominated by your thoughts to serve others. Your ego is a residual memory however you will still be self aware but from a spiritual point of view. I believe Buddha, Christ, Allah, Mother Theresa, Krishna Marti, and other spiritual beings all lived here. This type of consciousness begins to transcend the reality as we know it. It has one foot in the ‘real world’ and one foot in the ‘pure world’. Universal consciousness - The ‘pure world’, this could be where your mind goes when you die, it’s the library of the world. The mind could be uploaded into a melting pot of mind, consciousness and spirit for the good of the future world. We, as living beings, can maybe tap into this universal consciousness when we have that ‘a-ha’ experience, or astral project, meditate, through kundalini, basically if we momentarily transcend our ‘Awakened consciousness’, and to transcend the ‘Awakened consciousness’ we have to have transcended the other levels. So we have to break through various clouds of consciousness to get to the universal consciousness. If we were to live in this cloud we wouldn’t be of this world, we wouldn’t need our bodies. Practical value Having a theory like this brings up a lot more questions than it answers. However, for me, it’s stimulates my goal to be ‘awakened’, I wouldn’t be overly concerned about what people think of me, about earning money, about getting clicks on my Google adsense ads, about getting visitors to this blog all the things ego is concerned with. Okay, it’s good having theories but theories should have some practical value. How can this theory have any practical value? For me it reminds me that I am still living in a state of self consciousness and it reminds me to try and have more ‘awakening consciousness’ moments. Recently I got back into the habit of checking my stats for this blog, purely an ego thing to do as I had started to think about the money it was earning rather than the content it was providing. I was writing articles that I thought readers would want rather than what I really wanted to put up. I have spent three days on this article as I have a passion for its content, other articles, due to inspiration can be written and uploaded in 1-2 hours. So having theories like this reminds me every day that I am still living in my ‘self conscious’ world and reminds me to at least try and have more experiences in the ‘Awakening consciousness’ cloud. Since writing this it has led to me change my view on reality and what it really is. I have been struggling for a while with the concept of reality and how one’s person’s world can be so different from my world. This will probably be the subject of my next article.

The Clouds are mentioned in the Bible 153 times and in the Quran nine times, i.e., the Bible cites the Clouds 17 times more than the Quran does.
Furthermore, the total words of the Bible are 788,280 while the total words of the Quran are 77,473. It follows that, the Bible has the likely of more than 10 times than the Quran word-wise to talk about the Clouds. In addition, the Bible has the prospective of more than 17 times than the Quran topic-wise to utter about the Clouds.
The Clouds Bible
The rainbow in the clouds is the sign of the covenant between the Lord and the earth.
Genesis 9:13
I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

The Lord chariot is made of clouds

How to be like the Lord? If you ascend above the tops of the clouds.
What about the passengers on a flight?

The clouds are the dust of Lord's feet.

The Clouds in Quran
Many Scientific tips in one verse:
Surah 2:164
Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the Night and the Day; in the sailing of the ships through the Ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts (creatures )of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth, (here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise.
In this verse, many Scientific tips are mentioned as signs for the wise people e.g.:
Allah created the heavens and the earth
Allah made alternation of the Night and the Day
Allah causes the sailing of the ships through the Ocean
Allah sends the rain down from the sky.
Allah gives the life to the dead earth.
Allah generates the creatures and scatters them through the earth
Allah makes changes of the winds
The clouds between sky and the earth are obey Allah's will.
There is no verse in the entire Bible that gives all of these meanings at a time.
There are scientific and theological correlation between clouds, rain, and the dead land and the revival of dead people.
Surah 7:57
It is He Who sendeth the Winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy: when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith ; Similarly We Shall raise up the dead perchance ye may remember.
Herein we have the sequences of events that are cloud, rain, dead land, and life of the dead land. The One who is capable to do this is in turn capable to raise up the dead man for the Day of Judgment.
The Quran is almost always reminding us with the afterlife.
This deep and important theological issue is not mentioned in the Bible.
The Wind fertilize the clouds.
Surah 30:48
It is Allah Who sends the Winds, and they raise the Clouds: then does He spread them in the sky as He wills, and break them into fragments, until thou seest rain-drops issue from the midst thereof: then when He has made them reach such of His servants as He wills, behold, they do rejoice!
Surah 13:12
It is He Who doth show you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope: it is He Who doth raise up the clouds, heavy with (fertilizing) rain!
Surah 15:22
And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud therewith providing you with water (in abundance) to drink, though ye are not the guardians of its stores.
These verses (30:48, 13:12 and 15:22) talk about the fertilized clouds. It was after the revelation of the Quran by 1300 years that Meteorologists discovered that clouds are negatively and positively charged. It is the role of the wind (as the Quran stated) to fertilize the clouds and leading then to rain.
The Unbelievers thinking is like many layers of darkness over each other.
Surah 24:40
Or (the Unbelievers' state) is like the depths of darkness in a vast deep ocean, overwhelmed with billow topped by billow, topped by (dark) clouds: depths of darkness, one above another: if a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it! For any to whom Allah giveth not light, there is no light!
The Scientific relation between clouds, hail and lightning.
Surah 24:43
Seest thou not that Allah makes the clouds move gently, and then joins them together, then makes them into a heap (stack)? then wilt thou see rain issue forth from their midst. And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein hail is: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He Turns it away from whom He pleases. The vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight (nearly blinds the sight).
Meteorologists explore the details of cloud formation, structure, and function by using sophisticated equipments like planes, satellites, computers, balloons, etc. in order to study wind and its direction, to measure humidity and its variations, and to determine the levels and variations of atmospheric pressure.
The preceding verse, after mentioning clouds and rain, speaks about hail and lightning. Meteorologists have found that these cumulonimbus clouds, that shower hail, reach a height of 25,000 to 30,000 ft (4.7 to 5.7 miles) like mountains, as the Quran said, “...And He sends down hail from mountains (clouds) in the sky...”
This verse says “its lightning” in a reference to the hail? This means that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. Meteorologists today say that a cloud becomes electrified as hail falls through a region in the cloud of super cooled droplets and ice crystals. As liquid droplets collide with a hailstone, they freeze on contact and release latent heat. This keeps the surface of the hailstone warmer than that of the surrounding ice crystals. When the hailstone comes in contact with an ice crystal, an important phenomenon occurs: electrons flow from the colder object toward the warmer object. Thus, the hailstone becomes negatively charged. The same effect occurs when super cooled droplets come in contact with a hailstone and tiny splinters of positively charged ice break off. These lighter positively charged particles are then carried to the upper part of the cloud by updrafts. The hail, left with a negative charge, falls towards the bottom of the cloud, thus the lower part of the cloud becomes negatively charged. These negative charges are then discharged as lightning. It may be concluding from this that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. This information about lightning given by the Quran was only discovered after the revelation of the Quran by 1300 years.

Meteorologists explore the details of cloud formation, structure, and function by using sophisticated equipments like planes, satellites, computers, balloons, etc. in order to study wind and its direction, to measure humidity and its variations, and to determine the levels and variations of atmospheric pressure.
The preceding verse, after mentioning clouds and rain, speaks about hail and lightning. Meteorologists have found that these cumulonimbus clouds, that shower hail, reach a height of 25,000 to 30,000 ft (4.7 to 5.7 miles) like mountains, as the Quran said, “...And He sends down hail from mountains (clouds) in the sky...”
This verse says “its lightning” in a reference to the hail? This means that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. Meteorologists today say that a cloud becomes electrified as hail falls through a region in the cloud of super cooled droplets and ice crystals. As liquid droplets collide with a hailstone, they freeze on contact and release latent heat. This keeps the surface of the hailstone warmer than that of the surrounding ice crystals. When the hailstone comes in contact with an ice crystal, an important phenomenon occurs: electrons flow from the colder object toward the warmer object. Thus, the hailstone becomes negatively charged. The same effect occurs when super cooled droplets come in contact with a hailstone and tiny splinters of positively charged ice break off. These lighter positively charged particles are then carried to the upper part of the cloud by updrafts. The hail, left with a negative charge, falls towards the bottom of the cloud, thus the lower part of the cloud becomes negatively charged. These negative charges are then discharged as lightning. It may be concluding from this that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. This information about lightning given by the Quran was only discovered after the revelation of the Quran by 1300 years.

In this verse, many Scientific tips are mentioned as signs for the wise people e.g.:
Allah created the heavens and the earth
Allah made alternation of the Night and the Day
Allah causes the sailing of the ships through the Ocean
Allah sends the rain down from the sky.
Allah gives the life to the dead earth.
Allah generates the creatures and scatters them through the earth
Allah makes changes of the winds
The clouds between sky and the earth are obey Allah's will.
There is no verse in the entire Bible that gives all of these meanings at a time.
There are scientific and theological correlation between clouds, rain, and the dead land and the revival of dead people.

It is He Who sendeth the Winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy: when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith ; Similarly We Shall raise up the dead perchance ye may remember.
Herein we have the sequences of events that are cloud, rain, dead land, and life of the dead land. The One who is capable to do this is in turn capable to raise up the dead man for the Day of Judgment.
The Quran is almost always reminding us with the afterlife.
This deep and important theological issue is not mentioned in the Bible.

Title: What is Consciousness?

I have been taught that everything is Consciousness; that life is consciousness. The concept of consciousness is integral to New Thought philosophies and Science of Mind teachings. So let's explore this idea of consciousness and what it is. Ernest Holmes, the creator of The Science of Mind and the founder of Religious Science defines Consciousness this way: "Mental Awareness. Consciousness is both objective and subjective. Objective consciousness is a state of conscious awareness, equipped with will, decision, and discrimination. Its reasoning is both inductive and deductive, therefore it has self-choice. The subjective consciousness is entirely a reaction to this objective volition. It is creative but not discriminative. It is of course conscious but it is not self-conscious. . . . It has no reflective, deductive, or discriminating factors. It is compelled by its very nature to accept and create. When we speak of mind in its self-conscious state, we mean Spirit, whether we think of it in God or man. When we speak of consciousness in a subjective state, we refer to the mental medium, the Universal Subjectivity, which is also the subjectivity of man." The objective consciousness Ernest Holmes speaks of is the masculine principle. It is thinking and thought. It is the self-awareness that has moved man from the animal kingdom to the human kingdom. It is our awareness of self and the world. Consciousness is our whole mental atmosphere. Do you have a general mental atmosphere of prosperity or lack? Do you have a general mental atmosphere of health or sickness? Do you have a general mental atmosphere of peace or conflict? Do you have a general mental atmosphere of ease or difficulty? Consciousness can be changed. Consciousness can be cultivated. In fact, to continue on an upward progression of your spiritual growth, you must continually raise your consciousness in whatever areas are current challenges to you. One way to change your consciousness is with Spiritual Mind Treatment. We can have a mental atmosphere of our own choosing. Wouldn't you rather have a general mental atmosphere of happiness instead of sorrow? A mental atmosphere of prosperity rather than of struggle and lack? Objective consciousness changes subjective consciousness. That is how Spiritual Mind Treatment works, and that is how consciousness creates from the unseen to the seen. Subjective consciousness is the female principle. It is feeling and belief. It is the creative medium that accepts what the objective consciousness puts into it. It also perpetuates what has already been subjectified. Life is consciousness because it is creativeness. Life is always about creating. To create, both the masculine and the feminine is needed. Life is ruled by cause and effect. Cause is objective and subjective consciousness. The creative process is objective thought, subjectified in belief, leading to a physical effect. Although gifted with self-choice, the power to decide, and the ability to observe and to reason, many of us still live quite unconsciously. This means we don't use our power to choose; we don't use our power of volition. Living unconsciously is just going along, letting old beliefs, old ways of thinking, race thought and others' views of life do the creating in our lives for us. Living unconsciously is letting the subconscious perpetuate what is already in it -- which is race thought and race thought's beliefs in evil, sickness, poverty, war, famine, disasters etc. I'll let the great Emmet Fox expound: "We have the key to life; and that key is that life is a state of consciousness. The explanation of all of your problems, the explanation of your difficulties, and the explanation of your triumphs in life boil down to this: Life is a state of consciousness. That is the beginning and the end. That is the final step in metaphysics. All the other steps lead up to that. . . . You are and you have and you do in accordance with your consciousness. . . . There are other ways of looking at life which are superficially correct, but ultimately the final truth is that your life is a state of consciousness. Your so-called physical body is the embodiment of a part of your consciousness. Your home is the embodiment of another part of your consciousness. The kind of work you are doing -- whether you are in work which you love or work which you hate -- is the expression of your consciousness. The kind of people you attract into your life are the expressions of your consciousness about your fellow human beings. . . . People are trying to change outer conditions but leaving their consciousness unchanged, and it cannot be done." Consciousness creates. Whether that is an aware consciousness (objective) or an unaware consciousness (subjective). Everything created has its cause in consciousness. We see the effects, but effects never create more effects. Everything ultimately leads back to a state of consciousness.

Title: The Body''s Consciousness: Encoding From The Soul
|
|
The body's consciousness operates as a unified whole, allowing the brain, central nervous system, and higher intuition to register what is going on in all the various parts. Without consciousness, the body would not be able to maintain itself. And yet in treating the various illnesses and disorders that the body manifests, we do not often speak of the body's consciousness or the messages that it may have for us.
To begin with, let us for the moment consider the body as a hologram of our greater consciousness via the DNA which is its formative structure and which emanates from the soul level of awareness. To be a hologram means that what exists at a lower level of functioning incorporates within itself all the features of the higher level of who we are, but within a translated form. To view the body as a hologram of consciousness allows us to see in symptoms of dysfunction or limitation, a message reflected in the very patterning of the symptom itself.
This is true in all areas of functioning, though it does not represent a one-to-one correlation between what we are conscious of and what manifests physically. Manifestation is more complex, often having to do with unconscious issues more than conscious ones. These, our DNA structure weaves into the creation of maximum and minimum levels of functioning of the body at the time of conception. In the digestive/eliminative area, physical predispositions are created via the DNA for areas of limited functioning or for specific localized problems that may arise. With respect to the digestive/eliminative system, problems with 'taking in/receiving' of nourishment, and 'releasing/giving' in the dual sense of releasing what needs to be let go of, and offering nourishment to others, are often manifested as physical symptoms. These indicate a limitation in the free-flow of life-energy through the entire embodied self.
While no two persons are alike in the precise state of their body-consciousness or in their DNA, there are generalities of function that relate, in the case of digestive/eliminative disorders, to being able to receive and being able to release or to give. Often, a constriction in the bowel or intestine which creates a blockage that food cannot easily get by, is a hologram for another kind of blockage at a different level. It is useful, as participants in our own healing process, to look at these parallels, and to ask for guidance and greater insight into their meaning. Similarly, when elimination is constricted or impaired, it is well to look at what is being given or withheld in terms of generosity and the sharing of ourselves with life.
The ability to process life-force or the vital energy of the body that lies within the cells and that operates within every organ and tissue, is a necessary function of each and every organ and cell. The energy must be metabolized within the cells so that they can maintain a continuity of functioning. What we call vitality is dependent upon this, as is healthy functioning.
In relation to the digestive process, the smooth processing of organic matter that must be converted into life-giving energy and sustenance takes places along a series of steps that are in sequence, each of which relates to every other. If anything is out of place in the sequence or if any function is disrupted, it is as if a switch breaker or lever were activated, closing down the process at that point and making it difficult for the entire flow to continue smoothly. This is necessary in the economy of body maintenance so that it can be known to the conscious self that something is not operating properly. However, it can also be difficult to determine what that 'something' is, since it requires only one lever to shut off in order for the whole process to be affected.
The body's economy of means for digesting organic matter is a gift of Divine intelligence, with the body a miracle of organization and interrelated functioning that has a complexity even greater than what is presently known. Just as the digestive system has 'levers' within it that interrupt the process to let the conscious self know that something is wrong and needs attention, the digestive process as a whole IS a lever itself, letting us know that something is amiss on the level of consciousness for which it is a hologram.
The way of determining what this 'something' is must be individually pursued, for it is in the nature of the symptom itself that the answer lies. Symptoms such as contraction of function, sluggishness of movement, conversion of solid material into gas, retention of solid waste, painful absorption of food, and many others, must all be reflected upon in a meditative way to see what they might point to on the level of consciousness. This would be difficult if not impossible, if the body did not have a consciousness of its own. However, the body's consciousness can let us know, if we attune to it, what its messages might be. Along this route lies the maximum amount of healing that is possible, for a healing of the body is a healing of consciousness and visa versa.

The Clouds in Quran
Many Scientific tips in one verse:
Surah 2:164
Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the Night and the Day; in the sailing of the ships through the Ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts (creatures )of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth, (here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise.
In this verse, many Scientific tips are mentioned as signs for the wise people e.g.:
Allah created the heavens and the earth
Allah made alternation of the Night and the Day
Allah causes the sailing of the ships through the Ocean
Allah sends the rain down from the sky.
Allah gives the life to the dead earth.
Allah generates the creatures and scatters them through the earth
Allah makes changes of the winds
The clouds between sky and the earth are obey Allah's will.
There is no verse in the entire Bible that gives all of these meanings at a time.
There are scientific and theological correlation between clouds, rain, and the dead land and the revival of dead people.
Surah 7:57
It is He Who sendeth the Winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy: when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith ; Similarly We Shall raise up the dead perchance ye may remember.
Herein we have the sequences of events that are cloud, rain, dead land, and life of the dead land. The One who is capable to do this is in turn capable to raise up the dead man for the Day of Judgment.
The Quran is almost always reminding us with the afterlife.
This deep and important theological issue is not mentioned in the Bible.
The Wind fertilize the clouds.
Surah 30:48
It is Allah Who sends the Winds, and they raise the Clouds: then does He spread them in the sky as He wills, and break them into fragments, until thou seest rain-drops issue from the midst thereof: then when He has made them reach such of His servants as He wills, behold, they do rejoice!
Surah 13:12
It is He Who doth show you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope: it is He Who doth raise up the clouds, heavy with (fertilizing) rain!
Surah 15:22
And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud therewith providing you with water (in abundance) to drink, though ye are not the guardians of its stores.
These verses (30:48, 13:12 and 15:22) talk about the fertilized clouds. It was after the revelation of the Quran by 1300 years that Meteorologists discovered that clouds are negatively and positively charged. It is the role of the wind (as the Quran stated) to fertilize the clouds and leading then to rain.
The Unbelievers thinking is like many layers of darkness over each other.
Surah 24:40
Or (the Unbelievers' state) is like the depths of darkness in a vast deep ocean, overwhelmed with billow topped by billow, topped by (dark) clouds: depths of darkness, one above another: if a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it! For any to whom Allah giveth not light, there is no light!
The Scientific relation between clouds, hail and lightning.
Surah 24:43
Seest thou not that Allah makes the clouds move gently, and then joins them together, then makes them into a heap (stack)? then wilt thou see rain issue forth from their midst. And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein hail is: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He Turns it away from whom He pleases. The vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight (nearly blinds the sight).
Meteorologists explore the details of cloud formation, structure, and function by using sophisticated equipments like planes, satellites, computers, balloons, etc. in order to study wind and its direction, to measure humidity and its variations, and to determine the levels and variations of atmospheric pressure.
The preceding verse, after mentioning clouds and rain, speaks about hail and lightning. Meteorologists have found that these cumulonimbus clouds, that shower hail, reach a height of 25,000 to 30,000 ft (4.7 to 5.7 miles) like mountains, as the Quran said, “...And He sends down hail from mountains (clouds) in the sky...”
This verse says “its lightning” in a reference to the hail? This means that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. Meteorologists today say that a cloud becomes electrified as hail falls through a region in the cloud of super cooled droplets and ice crystals. As liquid droplets collide with a hailstone, they freeze on contact and release latent heat. This keeps the surface of the hailstone warmer than that of the surrounding ice crystals. When the hailstone comes in contact with an ice crystal, an important phenomenon occurs: electrons flow from the colder object toward the warmer object. Thus, the hailstone becomes negatively charged. The same effect occurs when super cooled droplets come in contact with a hailstone and tiny splinters of positively charged ice break off. These lighter positively charged particles are then carried to the upper part of the cloud by updrafts. The hail, left with a negative charge, falls towards the bottom of the cloud, thus the lower part of the cloud becomes negatively charged. These negative charges are then discharged as lightning. It may be concluding from this that hail is the major factor in producing lightning. This information about lightning given by the Quran was only discovered after the revelation of the Quran by 1300 years.

The Clouds are mentioned in the Bible 153 times and in the Quran nine times, i.e., the Bible cites the Clouds 17 times more than the Quran does.
Furthermore, the total words of the Bible are 788,280 while the total words of the Quran are 77,473. It follows that, the Bible has the likely of more than 10 times than the Quran word-wise to talk about the Clouds. In addition, the Bible has the prospective of more than 17 times than the Quran topic-wise to utter about the Clouds.

The rainbow in the clouds is the sign of the covenant between the Lord and the earth.
Genesis 9:13
I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
