After a few days you will notice your affiliate link is getting hits not only from google, but also from your articles and free press release of the review you made.
Finally you will want to build a lead capture page and setup an auto responder. This will allow you to collect peoples information and send them automated e-mails every so often explaining to them why your program or product is so great. Do not do this thought till you have everything else setup and running.
Following these steps will help you get any affiliate program up and running off the ground in just a matter of a few hours. You may even make a sale or two if you do it correctly.
