Title: Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
|
|
How to achieve that million dollar success, at any age. So who do you know that would like to have a cool million in the bank? My guess is that most of the people you know would like to travel through this life without having to worry about paying the bills. Do you think you can get there with just your J.O.B. or will you have to find another way to achieve that lofty million dollar goal? Let's take a look at some of the numbers needed to get to the million dollar plateau and if you think you can make it. We'll start at the age of 25 and work our way to 55 in 10 year increments. Starting with $0 at the age of 25: Age is on your side here and you only need to save $2,084 per month to have a million bucks by age 65. Not so bad if you have no responsibilities, a really good paying job and no bills to pay. Starting with $0 at the age of 35: Getting close to half the age of life expectancy now and you will need to save $2,778 per month to have a cool million by the age of 65. A tuff nut to swallow if you have a mortgage, car payment and kids. Starting with $0 at the age of 45: Kids are out of the nest and you will have to kick it into high gear and save $4,167 per month to reach the million dollar goal by the age of 65. Hopefully your salary has gone up, the household has two incomes and you're driving a beater. Starting with $0 at the age of 55: Now you’re a geezer and you will need to save a whopping $8,334 per month to have that million dollar nest egg within 10 years. Man life passes us by quickly and it seemed like only yesterday… You get the picture and of course none of the above figures include any investing, interest or compounding of your money, inheritance or the like. It is simply an illustration of what we would all need to do to get to that magical number of a million dollars if we were to stuff the money in the mattress. With this in mind I'm willing to bet that we'll all need to supplement our livelihoods with some type of extra income to reach our goal. One of the best ways to supplement your income is a work from home opportunity that doesn't use all of your free time to accommodate making that extra income. It needs to have a simple business model that anyone can follow, not cost an arm and a leg to start and it must also be able to generate a passive income flow. It will also need elements that make it easy for any age group to get involved, no matter what their background. Any income opportunity or home based business, weather it is a product driven Multi Level Marketing company, Direct Sales company or a Cash Gifting program; they all need to provide residual income. This will create an effect that compounds any effort by the individual to develop his/her business. As the income opportunity builds momentum and adds more and more people the process often times self perpetuates itself and develops the desired outcome, which is as we all know, extra income. Woody Allen once said "Eighty percent of success is showing up". Opportunity passes many of us by each and every day. Some of us see it, some do not. Hopefully opportunity and success don't pass you buy, you see it, you grasp it and you achieve your million dollar success. Title: Want a million Dollar Business? Build a Million Dollar List!
|
|
Want a million Dollar Business? Build a Million Dollar List! To make big money on-line, you need a large responsive list. All of the most successful Internet Guru’s have very large lists. When you hear that someone made a six-figure profit in a single month, they did it by using very large lists. There are many different techniques that you can use to build your list. If this is the first time you have attempted to build a list, using one of the proven methods may be your best option. This technique is not the fastest way to build a list, but, using a consistent marketing program, you should be able to add new subscribers every day. The first step involves determining your target market. What niche are you going after? This is a very important factor in building a list. After determining your target market, your marketing efforts can be customized to cater to your intended audience. This can be achieved using a variety of methods. It is easiest to entice visitors to subscribe to your list if you offer them something free in exchange for signing up. Anything you offer will be targeted to your niche. You can offer a free newsletter, ecourse, reports, information, ebooks, pdf’s, or downloads. You are only limited by your imagination. After registering, you should send your subscribers’ information or something of value on a regular basis. You will use an autoresponder for this purpose. You want them to be comfortable with you, realize that your emails contain something of value, and get accustomed to receiving and opening your emails. There are other methods that you can use to build your list. One way of building your list is by purchasing or leasing a subscriber list from a third-party. This is usually done to get quick and easy access to many people who have previously consented to receive emails, newsletters and ezines on various topics. Although this is one of the fastest approaches to building a list, it does not provide you with subscribers who are targeted specifically to your style and niche. In addition, it may cost you more than you receive in short term sales. Before you use this method, do your research. Determine the amount of money that you can realistically pay on a per subscriber basis and realize that some percentage of them will unsubscribe rather quickly. Writing articles is also an effective strategy for building your list. It takes persistence and time to build a list this way, but they tend to stay with you for a long period of time. To use this method, you must write and submit at least one article every day. Your articles should be submitted the twenty or twenty-five largest article directories, or directories targeted to you niche. Each of your articles will contain a link to your opt-in site. Articles are great introduction to potential subscribers. Joint ventures are also a valuable strategy to build your list. Joint ventures can be done for free and can build up your list rather quickly. The problem with this method is in finding partners who have sizable lists that are willing to partner with you. Regardless of how you build your list, you should start doing it now. Your Internet income is directly related to the size and quality of your list, so get started today! So, if you want a million dollar business, start out by building a million dollar list! Build Your List with a Great Give-Away! Title: An auctioned Ferrari sold for €6.250 million in Moranello
|
|
Several Ferrari automobiles were recently auctioned by Sotheby’s/RM Auctions at Moranello, Italy which generated for them a handsome sum of €32 to €35 million ($43 million to $47 million). The new record auctioned sales for a Ferrari was set toward the end of the event when an anonymous telephone bidder has offered a jaw dropping bid amounting to €6.250 million ($8.43 million) that comes with a ten percent commission. The entire bid reached a $9-point-something-million-dollar sale. The descriptive copy of the Ferrari in the auction catalog is Ferrari Leggenda E Passione which when translated in English means Legends and Passion. The Ferrari for lot 221 read: “The 1962 Ferrari 330 TRI/LM Testa Rosa Spyder is the last of the most famous Ferraris. Testa Rosas won Le Mans, arguably the most famous automobile race in 1958, 1960, 1961, and 1962---A record that has never been broken.” The art auctions that was held last week in New York has accumulated eight-figure numbers and has also set a record for a Warhol car wreck which are the quiet passions of the sedate and introspective art collectors. Automobile auctions on the other hand are not for the faint-hearted or timid. Those people that join automobile actions are passionate, loud, boisterous, and are not afraid to spend just to get the car that they want especially if it’s a Ferrari. They often expressed their Type-A appreciation as the white-jacketed British auctioneer announced, “For the thirrrrd…and last time, ladies and gentlemen…at six million, two hundred fifty-thousand eurroooooos…..SOLD!” which is like a signal for the audience to rise on their feet, clap, cheer, whistle, and shout. That’s how car lovers show their feelings and their excitement. At the lot 213 is a beautiful, bright yellow 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS4 Daytona Spider which started low at €250,000 ($337,275) until it reaches a bid amounting to €1.045 million including a ten percent commission reaching almost $1.4 million. Each of the Ferraris auctioned has a story to tell like for instance the 1971 Daytona Spider was a 1948 Grosse Pointe Ford, specifically an Edsel Ford II. The crowd that attended the event was consists of very rich individuals. There were rich folks from Europe, North and South America, and Asia who came to join the auction. Aside from Ferrari cars there was also Ferrari parts and even custom car accessories that were available for sale. And of course since the auction was attended by the rich and famous it is not surprising that there were plenty of photographers at the venue however to protect the bidders the photographers were prevented from taking photos of the those who are at the event. As if they can really prevent the paparazzi. Anyway anything displayed at the event with the moniker of Ferrari’s great Michael Schumacher has been auctioned really high like for instance his T-shirt was bought for €500 ($675); his rain jacket was sold for €2250 ($3035); and even his underwear which was said to be what he was wearing at the race was sold for €550 ($742). Likewise a cashmere sweater was also sold for €1500 ($2024). But of course the main highlights of the auction were the Ferraris.

Title: Million Dollar Home Page: Fad or Here to Stay?
|
|
Many people that spend even a little time on the internet or that are fond of business know about Alex Tew and his million dollar home page. The million dollar home page is a website that was set up in 2005 by a young man that was desperate for cash to help him pay for college. He set up his million dollar home page with the goal of selling one million pixels of advertising space for $1 per pixel. Using a public relations specialist Tew was able to get the concept of his website in front of millions and the money from advertisers started rolling in. One of the best things about that website was that is was creative. One of the worst things about it is that it sparked a lot of copycat websites. The numerous copycat websites have sparked the question throughout the internet community, is this type of advertising a fad or is it hear to stay. Obviously, it is a fad. Many of the people that created exact replicas of the million dollar home page made no more than a few thousand dollars. Some tried to mix it up by having virtual countries or buildings that people could buy for advertising space. Even with the many variations no one has a achieved the success Tew has. It is all about time that people began giving up and creating their own ideas. Andre Bias is the owner of http://www.kidfriendlyentertainment.com, and online source for top notch DVD’s for children 10 years old and younger. He is also the owner of the websites http://www.pokergreed.com and http://www.mustseeauctions.com.

Title: The Future of Creative Advertising: In Search of the Next Million Dollar Idea
|
|
On Friday, the 26th of August, the concept of the Million Dollar Home Page appeared and it revolutionized online advertising forever. The concept, created by Alex Tew, was simple, for one dollar you can purchase one pixel and there will only be one million pixels available. A minimum purchase is a 100 pixel block, which will link back to whichever website you specify. At the beginning it was not clear it would work, but amazingly it did. It came out of nowhere and became unbelievable successful within a span of few months. Once the website had reached the awaited million dollar mark, the number of sites that copied the idea would almost match that amount. Scattering all over the World Wide Web, none of these duplicate sites proved to be successful as they all began to fail miserably. Some sites would be a simple twist on the idea, and others would be a direct duplicate with a different name. Regardless, it remained clear that no one would find the same success and the hope for another site to reap the same outcome became bleak. Was it simply a fad, or was it just a matter of time before new, and more exciting and innovative ideas would appear? It was mid March, seven months after Alex Tew’s creation, when the next big idea began to appear on the Internet. The game is different this time, but focuses strictly on innovative advertising. The idea of Take the Spot (www.takethespot.com), imagined and created by Pratik Naik, began to be gain popularity all over the Internet. It has already been proclaimed as the next Million Dollar idea. Rightfully so, Take the Spot’s growth has already been staggering within the first ten days of opening. Receiving over thousands of hits and hundreds of dollars, the website is off to a phenomenal start. We had the pleasure to interview Mr. Naik and asked him to tell us more about his inspiration for the creation of this idea, “I wanted to create a source of advertising that thought of the people first, and not only focusing on my personal gains. Sites that are simply made to copy the success of Alex Tew do not work because people know that it does not benefit the investor, but only the site owner and they are smart enough to see that. It was about time advertisers found a website that could first and foremost benefit them. I took examples of many successful business models along with popular websites and analyzed their success, I found a formula that not only worked, but enhanced it so that it would benefit the advertisers even more. I wanted to create the most cost effective way to advertise on the Internet, and this is what I have come up with. Most sites out there are only made for personal benefit, so I turned the focus around to you, the buyer/advertiser. With the mindset of an investor looking for the most cost effective solution, Take the Spot was made.” With innovative websites such as Take the Spot and Million Dollar Home Page, focused to help advertisers bring in more traffic while only spending a minimal amount, the future of creative advertising seems as though it has just begun. Some people believe it is just a fad, and others believe it is here to stay. As long as more people with innovative minds such as Alex Tew and Pratik Naik continue to develop their ideas, this trend in creative advertising will become the norm. Title: A Review Of Million Dollar Web Traffic From Jo Han Mok
|
|
Find out the truth about Million Dollar Web Traffic and see if it's right for you at this time. Please read our unbiased review of the Million Dollar Web Traffic Home Study Course. Getting a website is never enough when it comes to building a web based, home based business. In fact, it is only the first step. In order to be a success on the internet you have to generate traffic. This may be difficult for some people. There is a multitude of ways that traffic can be generated for a website. The Million Dollar Web Traffic program is just one of these programs. The Million Dollar Web Traffic program is designed to show you how to increase your web traffic so that you can start doing big business. It is based on the premise that more traffic is equal to more money. That is one of the core elements behind the Million Dollar Web Traffic program. The element is not wrong. In fact, it is actually accurate. The more unique traffic that is generated and sent to your site, the more chances there are that those visitors will make a sale. It also means there is an increase in page ranking, which in turn generates even more traffic. Marketing is one of the necessities of the internet, of any business, and the more you can market for less money, the better off your business it. It seems that the Million Dollar Web Traffic program may offer a solution to bringing in traffic to your website without having to spend a fortune doing it. Finding where the traffic is and getting it redirected to your website is one of the hardest aspects of internet marketing. After all there are hundreds of websites possibly just like yours out there and all of them are competing for the same users and that means that in order to make it there needs to be some kind of edge that you and your site have over the competition. The details are not revealed, of course, as to what is exactly included information wise in the course that is offered as the Million Dollar Web Traffic program however, there is some impressive data displayed. This data appears to be actual sheets from statements through various programs. Transaction sheets and web traffic meters .While there is no way to prove the validity of the information provided it is rare to see such detailed information presented in such a way that was fabricated, giving credence to the information presented as being accurate. This does not mean that the Million Dollar Web Traffic program takes the work out of running an internet business and handling internet marketing. It is simply a way to increase the effectiveness of strategies by pointing out key things that can drive traffic to your website. If you are looking for the next step in internet marketing then this may be the program for you. It does cost so you do need to consider if it is worth the investment prior to purchasing the program. One word of caution there does not seem to be a money back guarantee on the program.

Title: Why Are Your ''Million Dollar Ideas'' So Dumb?
|
|
Ever had one of those million-dollar ideas? You know, the kind of lightbulb-over-the-head ideas that you just know without a shadow of a doubt will change not only your life but also the lives of everyone you share it with? And yes, as its name suggests, will net you millions upon millions of dollars as your 'just reward' for being the clever-clogs who was bright enough to think of the idea in the first place. I'm sure you have. After all, we've all had these ideas haven't we? Maybe for you it was an idea for a book that would solve a pressing problem face by the masses. Maybe it was an award winning script for a life-changing movie or play that would impact upon an entire generation of people. Maybe it was an idea for new invention or some new technological widget that would change the entire face of industry for the entire planet. Maybe it was none of these things. Maybe it was all three! Regardless of the specifics though, I'm pretty certain that you, like everyone else I've ever spoken to, have experienced 'million dollar idea syndrome' at some point or another and said to yourself "Wow! This could change EVERYTHING!" right? And then what? I mean, what happened next? Did you wake up one morning a year or so later in the home of your dreams with a bigger bank account and a book, film widget or invention accredited to you or did something else happen? Did you find that shortly after thinking about your million dollar idea that you, like many others, relegated it to 'dumb idea' status? Did you find that, rather than it being as simple or as straightforward as it seemed when you first thought of it, that it had now seemed far more complex and full of problematic barriers and obstacles that are, at least to you, bigger problems than you're capable of solving? If your answer to the above question was 'yes' and you've often found yourself not actively pursuing your million-dollar idea then you're certainly not alone. In fact, most great ideas end up in the trash, unactioned and unused by those who originally thought of them. Then something strange happens. Some time after you've discarded your 'dumb idea', maybe a month, maybe a year or maybe even 10 years later, you see your idea brought to life by someone else. Not just 'sort of' like your idea but the identical idea in every minute little detail. And not only is that person using your idea, THEY are making millions from it! Ever had this happen? I certainly have! In fact, I've lost track of the number of million-dollar-ideas that I've had 'stolen' over the years as a result of my inaction yet, as I watched each one brought to life by someone else, I learned a little bit more about how to make sure that my ideas and the wealth they create could remain mine rather than being credited to someone else. I'm now at the point where not only do I have million-dollar-ideas on a regular basis but that each of those ideas actually puts money into my bank account rather than someone else's. Want to know how you can have this happen for you? Do you want me to uncover the 'secret ingredient' for generating incredible success in practically ANY area of your life faster and with greater certainty than most people would ever believe possible? It can be summed up in one single, solitary sentence. Ready? The energy is NOT in the idea; it's in the execution. Read that again, it's important. The energy is NOT in the idea; it's in the execution. Not what you wanted to hear was it? You wanted a 'secret' or 'magic pill' that would miraculously bring your ideas to life didn't you? Well, I just gave you the ONLY true secret (though it's not a secret at all!) to making your ideas into millions. The energy is NOT in the idea; it's in the execution. Thinking of writing that book or that play or that movie won't get it written. Only the physical act of writing your thoughts onto a sheet of paper, even if only one page a day, will bring your idea to life. Thinking of creating your new 'super-widget' won't get it built. Only the physical act of writing down your ideas, drawing your sketches and having a prototype made will bring it to life. Thinking of new and powerful ways to end disease, bring about world peace or making people happier won't change a single thing for anyone. Only action can accomplish any of this. So, again we have confirmation that the energy is NOT in the idea; it's in the execution of that idea. It's about taking action. So, next time you're tempted to dump your 'dumb idea' in the trash, don't. Instead, commit to taking one single, solitary action step toward bringing it to life. Once you done that, carry out another step, then another and once you've done that take another still. When, and only when, you do this does the 'magic' happen and you'll finally see your million-dollar-idea come to life. Will it ALWAYS work to generate your million dollars? Of course not! You know I'd be lying if I said it would and, besides, you simply wouldn't believe me. But I do know this; commitment to executing your ideas is the ONLY way to even come close to becoming successful and is a far surer bet than any other way you can think of!

Title: First Impressions: 7 Keys To A Million Dollar Image
|
|
From the moment you walk in a room, people are immediately forming an impression of the kind of person you are. Those first two seconds can make a difference in whether you will win over an important business prospect.
We'd all like to think that our competence in doing our work is what counts the most. However, you may not have the opportunity even to show the quality of your work due to a poor first impression.
You might say that in today's world there isn't so much emphasis on image. Perhaps clothing is not emphasized quite as much as it once was. But, much of the impression is about our attitude or what it appears that our attitude is. Let's think of some various ways that we present ourselves. I've chosen seven to focus on in this article.
A lot of this is just common sense to most of us. However, we sometimes need a reminder of just how important all of these details are to the success of our business.
As you move into a higher level with your business, you will be dealing with more and more wealthy and savvy individuals who will notice if you are not up to these standards. Some seemingly minor detail could be a real turn off to a potential client and you could lose that account.
1. Handshakes
Handshakes are a traditional greeting in our American business culture. It's important that your handshake is firm and confident. This is an appropriate touch in our business world and it is our only opportunity to have that quality connection. Be sure that you don't have so many things in your hands that you don't have your hand free to be able to extend for a handshake.
2. Body language
Without saying a word, the way we move our bodies speaks paragraphs. How we carry ourselves as we walk says a lot about our confidence and professionalism. And to present yourself as an open and interested person, avoid crossing your arms across your chest. That is a very closed posture, indicating that you want to keep yourself at a distance.
An authentic, warm smile is essential for creating that business relationship.
What we carry with us can give an air of being organized or being very disheveled. Choose a good-looking portfolio or briefcase that can keep you looking like you have it together!
3. Dress
Your clothing and accessories need to be chosen according to the type of business environment. This can vary according to geographical location, industry, and type of occasion. However, there are certain elements that need to be considered no matter what.
Clothing that fits you well, is in good condition, that is not too revealing, and is clean is always a necessity. Wrinkled shirts give a very poor impression.
Shoes need to be clean and in good repair. That old favorite belt may need replacing if it has started losing its shape and is getting worn. Jewelry and other accessories should be understated.
4. Grooming
Fresh breath and clean, white teeth are really a welcome part of you!
A clean body without heavy doses of various fragrances is important. Many people have allergies to perfumes and the business environment is really not the place to have you stand out because of your fragrance. Our intention is not to have anything detract from what we are doing.
5. Cell Phones
This deserves a whole category of its own. So many people are talking on their cell phones and text messaging all the time that they sometimes forget that this is not something to do in a business setting. It's time to focus on the people that are there in person and to put your phone on silent and check for messages later. Texting in a meeting is a great way to show how disrespectful you are! And take out that Bluetooth earpiece during business meetings! It looks as though you could be on the phone even if you are not.
6. Punctuality
The ultimate disrespect for others is to have them wait for you when you are late. I know it's difficult to end one task and go on to another meeting and it's tempting to cut time very close. It's such a key piece of your image to be punctual that it is worth it to schedule in a bit more cushion time to avoid the big rush and the negative reception when you show up late.
7. Manners
Standing up when you are meeting someone is critical. This not only shows respect for that person, but it also puts you at their level so that they are not in a power position standing over you.
Table manners may not seem important in our much more casual culture today. However, you never know who is sensitive to excellent table manners and who could be getting a really low opinion of you as an uncultured person. Catch up on the etiquette of table manners so that you can feel confident that you are making a good impression on any of your dining partners.
In Summary:
It's all about presenting yourself as professional as possible, not drawing attention to something other than the business project at hand, and being respectful of others.
These all contribute to how magnetic you will be in attracting new and higher wealth clients. You've put in countless hours improving your business skills. Take a little time to fine tune your own personal package of how you are presenting yourself. It's definitely worth the effort to present that Million Dollar Image!

Not just 'like' your idea but exactly the same in every single detail.
Ready to learn the number one 'secret' for generating success in pretty much ANY are of your life faster than most people would ever believe?

Title: The Ultimate Million Dollar Challenge- of yourself
|
|
How do you spell success? Is it M-I-L-L-I-O-N? Is it $25 an hour? Is it $12 an hour? Being able to comfortably pay all your bills with an extra $50 in the bank? How do you personally define success? If you have not reached that level of achievement, how close are you?
We must be consciously aware of where we are going if we ever expect to reach it. Being average is so common that only a small group of high achievers ever go for the gold and get it. This is not the time to stand around and watch others live a dream-come-true lifestyle. It's time for you to do it. There's not a person reading this article who cannot manifest whatever level of success they desire.
If there is anyone doing what you want to do or living the lifestyle you desire, it is possible for you. The greatest challenge we face when we decide to move from one level of success to another is change. We all want things to be different in our lives, but we fail to understand that we must change ourselves in order to see change our around us.
For most of us, change is one of those things no one wants to talk about. We want our income to rise, body to get stronger, marital and parental relationships to enhance without our consciously and actively doing our part. Any changes we desire in our lives must come as a direct result of changing ourselves. If we desire to lose weight, we must change our schedule to include a daily workout regimen. If we desire to earn a higher income, we must be willing to unplug the television, disconnect the telephone, and do anything else possible as we commit to our objective. If we desire to develop our intellect, we must do the things conducive to that and refrain from things that counteract that objective.
My stock market mentor Wade Cook says it best: "If the next five years of your life are like the last five, where will you be in five years?" What a profound statement, don't you think? If the next five years of your life remain the same as now, are you going for the gold and getting it, or are you living in what Anthony Robbins calls no man's land, a place where "you're not really happy, but you're not unhappy enough to do anything about it"?
If you are currently in no man's land, this article is here to disrupt the negative patterns that are guiding your life. If you are pursuing more meaningful and lasting success, this article will keep you focused on the journey.
The interesting thing about life is that we all want something, but we are not all actively pursuing it. We all have goals and objectives, but the challenge is that our goals don't inspire us. Instead of making a firm decision to quit smoking, end that adulterous relationship, or have a great relationship with our step-children, we say things to ourselves like "I'll try." The problem with "I'll try" is that it leaves the door wide open for failure, which makes us feel bad, which in turn makes it even that more difficult to step out and pursue another of our heart's desires.
So what is the best way to develop goals and objectives that inspire us? We must get angry, disappointed and disturbed about the way things currently are in our lives and decide to do anything we possibly can do to move away from that negative feeling. The two guiding forces in our lives are pain and pleasure. We must be able to make the pain of not changing more painful than making the changes necessary for the success we desire.
Some of us have bad habits, bad friends, and bad attitudes that will definitely hinder us on the road to success. We must be honest with ourselves and ask difficult questions. What has this destructive relationship cost me? Has life been better since dropping out of college, or do I need to enroll next semester? Is watching Regis Philben make someone else a millionaire helping me achieve more, or do I need to cut that television off and develop my own unique plan of success?
Success is available to all. No one is exempt. It is true that we do not all have the same education, resources, connections, etc. The only even playing field we all possess is time. What we decide to do with that time will determine the results that appear in our lives, both positive and negative.
Yesterday is gone. We must release the past so we can make forward progress into the future. Today is all we have. What we do with our today will determine whether our next five years are like our last five. Each day we choose. We are in control. We must make firm decisions that will inspire us to action despite the necessary changes required.
Change is necessary for all success, whether spiritual, social, physical, educational and intellectual, or financial. To enhance those areas of our lives, we must change the way we think, change what is important to us, and change our daily activities to achieve the desired outcomes. At times things may seem difficult, but nothing is impossible.
Decide what you want. Why is it a must that you have those things? Feel the pain of disappointment and failure if you don't make the changes. Decide what habits, relationships, and time wasters are preventing you from getting what you want. Make a list of the positive habits, relationships and time management systems needed to go to your next level of success. Create a working plan and work your plan.
The last part of the equation is perseverance. Never give up. Failures give up. Decide today that you are a high achiever who will go for the gold and get it, and you will.
